This place is SLOW to serve the food, so stop in if you’re not in a hurry. And be prepared to be ignored, and forced to use the kiosks. Even the managers will ignore you. Customer Service isn’t their strong suit.
Spend a good amount of money, and end up being for things, i.e, napkins, ketchup, sauce for nuggets, (and air if they charged for it), and getting charged extra.
And if you go through the drive-thru for food, be ready to wait, longer if you go close to our after midnight.

Don’t bother trying to place an order on the app. They’ll cancel it, and you’ll be forced to reorder, being charged twice. This has been happening consistently for months, but I don’t have problems with the app at any other McDonald’s locations. The fries are NEVER warm. Service is slow.

And then there’s the staff. “Inept” and “clueless” don’t even begin to describe the level of incompetence on display. Simple orders are constantly messed up, requests are ignored, and the general atmosphere is one of utter confusion. It’s like watching a comedy of errors unfold in slow motion.

They got the order wrong. Ordered a double cheeseburger with no bun. I’m allergic to wheat so can’t eat bread. They ended up giving me 4 pieces of cheese. There was no meat. Rip off. Also the iced tea was murky, cloudy, thick looking. Gross.

Anyone else here feel as the women tonight can’t cook for thing. Do false advertising, serve food poisoning & mostly they’re lazy. Seems the food inspector doesn’t work @ night too. Now I figured out why I got extremely sick after ordering food here, the people who work here don’t wash and dry their hands properly before going near the food, prep cook or anyone. Kind of a small area in the kitchen back there too. Being in the rest room was a bit gross, theirs no paper towels. Which means if you catch a cold or the flu with prevalent and high these days, with severe intestinal issues similar to Leaky Gut or if it gets worst of the change people do when it comes to handwashing and serving food.
