Not our first time here, but wanted to review it since I love it so much! I wanted to try a new Mexican restaurant, but my whole family loves this place and for good reason! Awesome fresh chips and salsa! I read a review that said you should ask for some green salsa. Great call! It was a warm, smooth blend that was great with the chips and on the meal that came shortly after. Everything is delicious, right down to the beans! Large affordable meals (enough to take some home for a second meal). Great service too. Server was nice and memorized the order and got everything perfect! Beautiful atmosphere and I believe this is a locally owned restaurant, that has been here many, many years. A great reason to both enjoy and support it!

I’ve eaten at Inca numerous times, and their food has consistently been good. This time I had an enchilada and a tostada. They were well prepared and had a good flavor. They could have been a little spicier for my taste, but were still enjoyable. Their chips and salsa are very good and they still provide them for free which I really appreciate.

I spent 5 days in the Northern Colorado area (Denver, Loveland, Fort Collins), it being my first time exploring Colorado as a Californian, I found it extremely disappointing to find good food despite eating at only 4.5-5 star restaurants on Google. I guess if you haven’t ever had good food you would think a 2 star was a 5 star. Just when I was about to give up I came across Inca Restaurant. Expecting to be disappointed I was surprised that the food was truly authentic Mexican on a level that a Californian such as myself could write this 5 star review. I ordered the combination fajitas and for my two little daughters a cheese quesadilla with fries. All fresh ingredients and flavor to remember.

The service was exceptional. Being that I had two little ones squirming around the server was very attentive to ensuring we had a good experience not just for myself but bringing out the food for the little ones fast to keep them busy.

I loved the traditional Mexican artwork and design of the restaurant leaving you enjoying the Mexican culture while you wait for the delicious food

Awesome service and flavor. Two thumbs up to the Chef frfr. Every time I have family and friends in town visiting I will always bring them here because the wait staff and so nice and respectful and not pushy. It’s a large menu with lots to choose from and so far I haven’t been disappointed by the random choices I make. We had a full table and everybody was please with the quantity and quality of the Food.

If I had to give you one good thing and one bad thing I would say…

Good: How nice and sweet everyone was to were it was extremely welcoming and relaxing.

Bad: Menu has a lot to choose from and print is to small.

Have to say. I love Mexican food. And I’ve tried so many places. This place never disappointes. This is the best. Everything we have tried was always perfectly cooked and flavored. If you haven’t tried them out you need to. Great job Inca staff and management.

That will not be coming back . The enchiladas tasted like cinnamon do not even have the enchilada flavor that I was craving… The plate was too big! For only 2 enchiladas and beans and rice that was scattered across the huge plate.. and some coleslaw?

No not again for almost $55

The impeccable service and level of care for their patrons, the quality ingredients and culinary expertise, and the overall atmosphere at Inca is what makes this authentic restaurant one of the best in town! Their menu is extremely well designed and, separately, you can tell that each member of the crew here is hardworking, sociable, and knowledgeable. As far as the food goes, I would recommend ordering anything with fajita veggies and chicken- they’re seasoned wonderfully and cooked to perfection! It’s a great follow up to the amazing chips & salsa you are served upon arrival, too 🙂

When taking our order instead of standing at our table like any other waiter, the manager took our order conveniently at the computer that was near our table. We had to raise our voices against the chatter of the full restaurant and the people walking in between him and our table to exit the room.

Daughter (adult) spilled drink. And I heard our waiter (the owner) curse in Spanish when he walked away to find help to clean the mess.

Hair found in my food. Not great addition.

When you get your ticket The first one has exact info for different amount of tips starting at 15% but when you get the real ticket 15% isn’t on there. 18% replaces it.

I’ve eaten here over the years since the restaurant first existed and their prices are now $22 a plate. And charge for every refill. It’d be one thing if their food was out of this world but it’s not.

After our experience this time, we won’t be going back.
