My friend was leaning against the outside table and a lady walked out here and yelled at him to get down. He was confused so he didn’t immediately listen, so she snapped again and said “If I have to ask you again, I’m gonna tell you to leave.” My friend moved but we were all incredibly frazzled by the situation. We had also already paid for our food, so we were going to be incredibly upset if she had us leave without it. Luckily, we were given the food but by a different worker. The hostile environment was incredibly uncomfortable. Do not recommend.

Had an awesome experience at this Sonic. They were quick to get our order out to us and when we found that we were missing one of our burgers they were so kind!! The manager came out, apologized, rectified the problem and even gave us a little bonus for the trouble. One of the workers came out and apologized for being the one who forgot and was so sweet. 10/10 Will be sure back to this location. Also food was hot, fresh and tasted great!

Food here was okay. Service here was a little slow but they were packed. The corn dog was sort of nasty so I am not recommending this place for your next fast food stop.
Went back to sonics March 26th and the cherry limeade tasted funny. I turned around and went back and the assistant general manager Miss Ke was super helpful in correcting the problem. She is exactly what Sonic needs in order to make them five stars again. Will be coming back soon and highly recommend the cherry limeade out of the fountain. ✅

Tuesday Oct 28, a young teenage female with dark hair and bright red tips told me I couldn’t be served because I was “playing” in the drive through because she can’t hear. The speakers are clearly bad and hard to hear from/through. This inconvenience was not handled properly by her and she should NOT work the window any longer.

Got the Foot long Chili Cheese Dog with tater tots and iced tea and it was Delicious! They put just the right amount of chili and cheese on the hotdog making it easy and less messy to eat. The tots were some of the best I’ve had! Sweet Tea was spot on! 5 Stars All The Way!

1 star ⭐️ is way to much credit for this place , they put jalapeño peppers on my 4 year olds wacky pack burger meal and she is highly highly allergic to jalapeños. We place an order online and sat for 45 mins waiting for our order. Food was cold, service sucked , atmosphere was horrible!!!!!! I will definitely be contacting corporate on this matter!!!!

Two years ago I left a great rating for this establishment.
Today I literally regret wasting the gas driving down the street to get here.

When I pulled up at the kiosk, In the drive through lane, There was nobody in front or behind me, And there was nobody at any of the parking kiosks or any of the tables out front.
We were basically the only people there at one o’clock in the afternoon..

When I pulled up the young man who answered the headset, I asked him if you still had the wraps. . He said” uh …wraps?” I said yes, do you still have the small wraps? I don’t see them on the main board….He said “uh…I dunno “
You work here but you don’t know what your products are?

I said forget it …( obviously i’m not getting food here today i said to myself and set my next destination as The Hotdog Shack )

So I said, can I please have 2 large cherry limeaids NO ICE .. O.k no ice please… I pull up to the window, which is now covered so that people can’t see inside, my guesses is because of the picture that was posted from last week with the girl running her hands through her nasty hair and then touching peoples food.

I wait five or six minutes in a completely empty facility for 2 drinks…. The woman opens the window and it looks like she’s been in a brawl, She’s absolutely filthy, .. she hands me the drinks and as expected, because following simple directions seems to be a problem These days in this industry, they are full to the top with ice… When did ownership and management start accepting sub par service from their employees…knowing it’s peeving off thier paying base ?

I mean, when was like cleanliness and hygiene and personal appearance , safe food handling, semi decent mannerisms toward customers etc, all the standard things that you would have in the restaurant business thrown away.

Because this is seemingly the new norm that customers are having to face everywhere and that ownership during and after covid has accepted as an OK way of doing business.. it’s not if you haven’t figured that yet.

Also for the record, several other people had stated in this thread over the recent weeks that the sodas tasted like absolute trash and I can tell you 100% They are not lying.
Not only did they put ice in ,which we specifically asked them not to twice because I have teeth that I had surgery on in the front, that hurt when the soda is too cold, So I skip ice… But the drinks themselves tasted absolutely nasty… they got poured out in a bush and almost 8 bucks with it…we bought bottled cheerwines up the road.

In my experience myself with years in the restaurant industry, that normally occurs when the lines for the soda machines themselves are dirty ,and it creates a bacterial contaminant that you can taste in the drinks.. or more often, it’s because the ice machines are absolutely filthy inside combined with nasty city water., and you get this foul sewage taste in your drink…

So to the ownership I say, Clean your soda machines, Clean your lines and clean your ice machine , maybe put a filter on your water lines and instruct your staff to start listening to the orders that are being placed, actually give the customers what they ask for, and they pay for, Drop the attitudes , And start remembering basic food handling procedures and cleanliness, Both personal and for the job itself.

I know after years of coming here, until I start seeing some good reviews that counteract what we’ve been seeing lately. I will not be back..

These are an easy fix… It’s stupid to lose the business over this.
