Excellent food. We ordered the brunch omelette and omg the meatballs! Very very good flavor, savory. I like being upstairs w peakaboo ocean views and windows open. I think they were short staffed because we had to wait for a table and it wasn’t busy, no busers maybe. Very nice waiter, Jason. I would have the windows and plants cleaned up and have some sort of fan. The food was what mattered and I’m sure we will go back. We’re local just had never tried it before.

While on our stay at the Hilton Hawaii village we discovered this great place. We ended up eating here twice for breakfast once for lunch and stopped in for a happy hour during our week stay. Food was all delicious and had some great service. Nice quiet atmosphere and they have the windows open for a nice little breeze. Great place to eat and relax. Prices were decent as well compared to most of the other food options around. Would definitely come back again.

The only reason I gave two stars was because of the service the staff provided. My wife had a regular Surf and Turf and I had Cioppino. I’ve never had any lobster that was so horrible. There was no texture or taste. The tail meat literally fell apart as I touched it (see the picture). The cook went above and beyond to save what should have been garbage. We contemplated due to a poor rating on Google but decided to give a shot as we were tired from hiking.

Drinks, ordered a Mai tai and mango sangria which was just juice. I saw the bartender add the drops of alcohol.
Food was decent, but I ordered the fruit bowl for an appetizer. Instead of an appetizer it was apart of the entree.
They store cleaning supplies with clean dishes which I did not care for as well.
Service was just bland and not inviting.
Overall decent, but there are better options for breakfast that would be better.

We were staying at the Hilton and decided to try Fresco. We were promptly seated at the time of our reservation. We were pleased with the service from Brook and our meals. Ribeye steak and Fettuccine Alfredo.

We were looking for Italian food close to our room having been gone all day and not wanting to go far, we decided to go here and we were not disappointed! We started with a ceaser salad and it was made with light, crispy romaine lettuce and was so refreshing. I ordered the vodka sauce pasta which was amazing while my husbands chicken parmesan was delicious! We were seated outside on the stairs, which we thought would be weird but it was actually very peaceful and quiet. Will come back!

Last night at the Hilton Hawaiian Village and tried Fresco for dinner. Service was a little rushed and impersonal at first but top notch by the end of the visit. Enjoyed dinner outside. Chopped salad, meatballs and spaghetti, rigatoni with spicy sausage and lasagna were dinner choices and all very good. Ended the evening the tiramisu…hard to mess that up.

The waiter took the drinks when it clearly wasn’t empty and left us in such shock we didn’t say anything especially since they took the partially full drinks but not the empty plates! Very disappointing, especially for the price. The happy hour food had good flavor but very small portions.

Dining at Fresco’s Italian Restaurant was a memorable experience. We started with their calamari fritti, and although it wasn’t my ultimate favorite, was still pretty good. For the main course, we tried the Alfredo fettuccine, and it was simply delicious—creamy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. I’d recommend it to any pasta lover!
What really elevated the experience, though, was the exceptional service. Our server was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure every aspect of our meal was just right. Always regularly checking in without being intrusive, they ensured we had a great time. The level of care and hospitality is something you don’t always find, and it really made the meal special. I would definitely consider coming back!

I was really looking forward to a great Italian meal, but the experience at Fresco Italian Restaurant was a total disaster from the start. The food was honestly nasty—it lacked any of the fresh, authentic flavors you would expect, and every dish that arrived at the table felt poorly prepared. For a restaurant that positions itself this way, the quality of the cooking was completely unacceptable and a waste of a meal.
The lack of quality in the kitchen was unfortunately matched by the attitude of the staff. Our server clearly did not care about our experience and made us feel like a complete inconvenience rather than guests. We were barely acknowledged throughout the night, and getting any kind of basic service felt like an uphill battle. It is frustrating to spend time and money in a place where the staff is so visibly disinterested in their work.
To make matters worse, the atmosphere was incredibly unpleasant. The restaurant was so loud that we had to shout just to hold a basic conversation, and it was so dark that we could barely even see the food on our plates. Between the noise level and the dim lighting, the environment felt chaotic and uninviting. I certainly won’t be returning, and I would recommend looking elsewhere if you want a meal that is actually edible and served with a bit of respect.
