Inept at worst or irresponsible at best. Systemic breakdowns of basic functions are constant, so much that locals are probably used to it after witnessing the slow decline for years. Unfortunately bad review after bad review on here by other customers seems to be having no effect on attitudes and actions of responsible parties. Does corporate have no control over how their brands function. The amount of time that these issues have persisted indicated either poor management, disinterested ownership or both. Half of the pull up menus have functional problems ranging from inability to read screen, add tip, review order. You know the basics of your ordering system outfitted with communications capacity of a 1980’s walkie talkie. Fix the basic equipment functionality. Today was the last straw, ordered online, drove over, pushed the button, said received. Waited 8 minutes no response. Finally asked the worker who was outside emptying trash if there was anyone inside. He said oh that is one of the stalls that works intermittently. I said that was great did anyone think to put a sign on it or something so we not sitting here for service that was never gonna come, his reply was a shrug. back out pull all the way around into another stall, black screen, no response from call button, back around into the third stall. Pushed button. The response sounded like Miss Othmar, Charlies Browns teacher. Pick up order for my name, the wah wah wah response of the teacher, no my name again, wah ewah wah? No and I spell my very common very american english name out. Food comes out a few minutes later, 13 minutes to pick up a order placed online from the moment I pulled in the stall and hit the first button. The reward, fries so cold and limp my dog spit it out on the seat. Do better, Wendy’s isn’t so far as to be out of the question for suitable replacement

The food is as expected and prompt. The sign at our stall was broken so we couldn’t fully see the order/pay screen and had some issues with making the payment so minus a star.
The server asked us to leave a review and specifically asked to include the name in the review. I do not like the solicitations of reviews and that is why I deducted another star.
Notice that I didn’t not include the name of the server.

Will not be returning. In the last year I’ve spent over $100 in add ons for my drinks and never received them. Today i ordered a Rt Dr Pepper with 4 added sweet cream and got just plain Dr Pepper yet again.

Do not go there at night, they didn’t get my order right at all!!!!!!
I told them extra brownie on my blast and they only put a sprinkle of brownie on it. There is only one person there working there at night. So don’t go there at night!!!!!!

Will never go back to this sonic. I first ask for 2 fries , they give us a tot. We respectfully as for a fry , because we did not order a tot. They give us a bag and again, had another tater tot in it. We begin to eat our food at home and at the end of the our meal; find a hair in it. Disgusting and disappointed.

Look at this mess! I needed so many napkins. There’s no satisfaction of eating a messy burger like this. These burgers shouldn’t be served in this manner.

It’s OK. I wouldn’t say great. They didn’t listen to our order, and since I am diabetic I can’t drink sweet tea…. we ordered unsweet tea and didn’t realize it until we had already left to head home near Albuquerque. It was too late to go back. That can create health issues fur someone diabetic.

I honestly never thought I’d leave a review like this, but after what I’ve witnessed and what my girlfriend personally experienced, I can’t stay quiet.
The manager at this Sonic a man named Will or goes by William has created an environment that’s just flat-out inappropriate and uncomfortable, especially for the female workers that are minors. He constantly calls them “babe” and “baby” while on shift, even when it’s clear they don’t like it. It’s not just unprofessional it’s creepy.
But the worst part is what happened to my girlfriend. While she was working, he grabbed the lanyard around her neck near her chest and made a gross, sexually inappropriate comment. That’s beyond disrespectful. That’s harassment.
On top of that, he’s forcing carhops to combine their tip money with customer cash payments, which sounds illegal and definitely unfair. These workers are busting their butts in the heat and barely getting what they deserve now their tips are being handled like store cash? It’s not right.
This guy is abusing his power, and it feels like nobody’s holding him accountable. If this is how Sonic allows managers to act, it really makes you question how seriously they take employee safety and fairness.
I hope this review reaches the right people. Will or William should not be managing anyone period. Someone needs to investigate this location before things get worse.

We stopped there while a road trip from Colorado to Texas.
The family ordered various items, but those who ordered the burger for all sick with stomach issues afterwards.
Also the burgers tasted way below Sonic average.
The rest was fine tho.
Definitely will avoid next time in these parts.
