BK is usually a hit with us, but this time was a swing and a miss! BBQ brisket sandwich is seriously disappointing. A scoop of what resembles brisket and paste was in the center of the burger and the only place you taste the BBQ. Pass on it.

I love BK breakfast sandwiches and the iced coffee is creamy and delicious, plus half the price of regular coffee shops.
I want to shout out the morning team at this location, though. From the service team, to the management, they are truly awesome. I never see the food assembly team, but they haven’t messed up yet! They’re always so kind and working hard together. There have been many times when they deliver more than just the expected, and their energy is so positive it brushes off on the world.

Decent BK ate here a few times. Something got me enough to write this review. Why are there no offers today? Other BKs are doing offers yet this one isn’t today. This franchise will no longer be on my radar for food unless they bring back some incentive to get food from this location.

If it had been possible to get a cherry atop my shake I would have been completely tickled with the engagement and illuminated that fifth star. Notwithstanding the exemplary effort of the dedicated staff, superior cleanliness, alacrity, accomodation, and ease; I’m moved to deliver the four star critique. I’ll probably hit that 5/5 after I’ve convalesced my cherry-on-top-sweet tooth’s bitter disappointment.

If I could give zero i would. There is no reason for anyone of your employees to be snappy over the phone due to the services not provided. No one told us you were out of the pie and we got charged for it anyway. And then when we called you guys on it you were rude. Then upon getting into my car i realized the 12 piece I ordered for my child had only 7 chicken fingers in it. Like you guys do realize that we as parents work really hard for our money and with the economy the way it is you guys should absolutely be telling people we are out of this is it ok to sub for that (you didn’t we had to go get the pie from you ) and also not providing all my food is a breech of contract meaning I can report you to the state attorney general. All I wanted was for you to uphold the order. Your manager called my husband crazy on the phone and that is also not ok. When working any type of customer service especially food you are to be professional when having an issue. I also work in the food industry and I do not get to talk to people with disrespect. I’ve called and reported this issue along with all of your names to your regional manager. I really hope they come and give you guys a thorough lesson on how to treat your customers

Stopped here with my mom to get the kids some food. When the “manager” or whoever came to help the employee print another copy as the paper jammed.. this “Manager” who wouldn’t give her name was extremely rude. Slammed the windows open. Pretty much threw the receipt at my mom, said THERE YA GO and then slammed the windows shut and walked off.
Her customer service is HORRIBLE. She has red or dark pink and black hair… at least today.
On top of that the fries and chicken fries were barely warm. This location could just do better…

The drive thru cashier has always had a sunny disposition, polite, professional and wishing everyone a “beautiful day” and the drive thru traffic moves thru quickly so the entire team is very proficient and obviously work well together.

My husband and I came through the drive through and sat there for an uncomfortably long amount of time trying to be patient thinking the workers were just busy only to realize the speaker in the drive through wasn’t working. We figured this out because after a good minute sitting there we finally heard a voice come through the speaker saying “can I help you find something” and we replied “no sorry, no one has asked to take our order yet so we were just waiting.” The worker then replied “well I’ve asked like 3 times” with an attitude and we responded letting her know “the speaker must not be working because it wasn’t coming through on our end” and the employee had the nerve to say “the speaker is fine, its been working all day” like we are idiots. She then proceeded to have an attitude at the window as well like we were the problem because it couldn’t possible be that the speaker simply wasn’t working and we genuinely didn’t hear her. I never got her name but she was young and had shorter blue hair. I’ve never been blamed by an establishment for their malfunctioning equipment let alone be treated poorly by a staff member for something out of my control like that. It was overall a really disappointing experience, I won’t be going to this Burger King again.

I got the spongebob meal and first I didn’t get half of the meal I got the fries, the whooper, and the cheese bites but not the drink or pie. the pie makes sense but if they didn’t have the cold foam for the drink they could have given me the drink without the foam and I didn’t get the box with it until I asked. Also the crew seemed rude when I asked for the box they pretty much threw the empty box at me. Suggested to stay away from this burger King at all costs

Saw 6 people working in the back, still took way too long to get old staged food. I feel bad that I fed this to my children. Computers off in play area, and no chalk for chalk board. I’m sure this is because they dont actually want you to stay. The employees have terrible attitudes, you can tell they hate their lives. The prices are insane, and the quality is not there to back it up. Needs new management and the management needs to clean house.
