Texas Roadhouse is definitely a popular spot — and this location proves it! It was extremely busy when we went (weekend visit), so expect a wait. I highly recommend getting on the waitlist early so you can get ahead of the crowd and cut down your standing-around time. That definitely helped us.

Once we were seated, everything moved pretty smoothly. Our food came out fairly quickly, especially considering how packed the restaurant was. Portions were plentiful (as always), and everything we ordered was fresh and flavorful.

Our server was super nice and attentive, even with how busy it was, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, it was a good experience — just plan ahead because this is definitely a high-traffic location!

Dear Thomas the Manager,

We met on what appeared to be High School Soccer Team Appreciation Night.

In the middle of the chaos, I ordered a 23oz T-Bone.

Medium. Rare.

What I received was a steak experiencing an identity crisis. Roughly 75% well-done — tight, gray, committed to a retirement plan. The remaining 25%? Practically blue. I’m talking “still considering its options in life.”

I didn’t realize I had ordered the temperature sampler platter.

When I brought it to you, you confidently explained that it’s a “choice cut that requires different attention” and that this is expected. I respect conviction. I just didn’t expect my steak to explore both ends of the doneness spectrum in one sitting.

To make it right, you offered: • Two $5 off a $30 order coupons (non-combinable — because stacking $5 coupons would clearly threaten the global economy),
• A free appetizer on my next visit,
• And the most intriguing offer of all: “Come find me next time and I’ll do something special for you.”

Thomas… what that “something special” is may be one of life’s great mysteries.

I don’t plan on returning anytime soon. But maybe one day, six months, a year from now, I’ll walk in.

You’ll see me.
You’ll pause.
And you’ll say, “That’s the Medium Rare guy.”

Until then, may your choice cuts commit to a single temperature.

I visited Texas Roadhouse for the first time and ordered their Boneless buffalo wings for a starter, and their Grilled BBQ Chicken and 6 Oz Sirloin with a side of steak fries and Texas Red Chili. To be honest, I only enjoyed their complimentary bread rolls with their special butter served at the table and their chili as part of one of my sides. The buffalo wings were basically small chicken nuggets drowned in watery buffalo sauce and not anything else. The steak was okay or decent but the chicken was not good at all, it didn’t have a good texture and was probably one of the store-bought frozen fillets warmed up with sauce, I couldn’t eat it at all. The only thing that was fairly good were their bread rolls and chili as mentioned. Service at the table was somewhat sloppy, very rushed to the point that the server would be gone before you got a chance to speak, or ask something and the server was quite forgetful and forgot some items or requests. Overall, a busy and lively restaurant environment at first impression, but the service and food weren’t anything at all impressive unfortunately. Thanks

This was our first time dining at Texas Roadhouse and they ensured we were treated accordingly; the manager even came and spent time with us.
We sampled all the sides, and they were all good. My favorite was the green beans.
My wife enjoyed the porterhouse cooked Pittsburgh style, and I had the filet salad with Bleu cheese dressing. Both were delicious.
The wait staff were kind, courteous, and quick. They provided timely service with a smile.
I highly recommend giving this Texas Roadhouse a try. We’ll surely be eating here again.

I’m a Texas Roadhouse girl for life, but I won’t be returning to this location for To-Go or dine in.

I’m giving two stars for a couple reasons.
First, the bread they thought was acceptable to send out was honestly shocking (see photo). I am so disgusted that I took a bite before inspecting the whole piece of bread.

Second, despite requesting utensils and sauces on the online order, none were included in the bag which is annoying considering i ordered corn. how the heck am i suppose to eat corn without utensils?? ‍♀️

Additionally, I originally tried to order tater skins online and the app showed them as unavailable. When I called the restaurant, they confirmed they did have them and adjusted the app so I could place the order. That effort is the only reason this is a two-star review instead of one.

A friend placed the to-go order for me and picked it up since I was stuck at work, so this experience was especially disappointing.

Multiple cockroaches were spotted at our table and on the walls. One crawled onto our to-go box. The lead on duty apologized, said she will contact their pest control about the issue, took almost half off our bill, and gave us a coupon for a future visit. I appreciate her gestures, however none of that fixes their infestation problem which poses a health risk for everyone dining there. The section where we were seated (at the far back of the restaurant, by the restrooms) should be closed off until the slatted walls are removed because the roaches are nesting in between the slats, and by the boxes of packaged peanuts!

Very well taken care of by the manager Thomas and our server Alejandro, we’re regulars of this Texas Roadhouse but usually come later in the night so coming during the day was a first. We were greeted with a handshake from Thomas at the door and immediately made to feel right at home! As we ate we continued to see him be involved and help his team as they worked, as well as the second manager who checked on tables. This location continues to have excellent service, ambiance, and quality food, it makes for an amazing date for me and my boyfriend during the week. You can really tell that the staff here care, especially with Alejandro’s help during our stay. He was great with a welcoming energy, and his suggestion for the mushrooms and onions on the side was a good idea!

Excellent experience on a busy evening. Our server Nico quickly came and took our order. Drinks and salad arrived within the first 5 minutes along with an appetizer. Nico refilled our drinks and checked on us often. The manager stopped by to check on us to see that all was well. Nico was one of the best waiters we have ever had. Definitely recommend this location for all aspects of a wonderful dining experience!

This was the second time my family took me to this place for my birthday. Great service, delicious food; most importantly, our server, Janice, not only was she nicely, friendly, and courteous, but very charming. The manager, Tom, Came to our table to make sure we were being well taken care of.
