Paisans Pizza was started by Luigi, an immigrant to the United States, in 1985. In a small corner store in Cicero, Illinois, Luigi started making pizzas out of a household kitchen oven. His son Pete spent the next 30 years expanding the business, while also refining the Paisans brand and menu. He did this while always remembering what got us here: our famous pizza and award-winning wings. Paisans now has a vast menu providing salads, appetizers, and the same mouth-watering pizza and wings. I had a great experience at Paisan’s Pizzeria. The food was delicious. The pineapple habanero and sweet bbq wings were delicious. Some of the best I have ever had. The pizza was also amazing. The rigatoni with chicken and vodka sauce was amazing. I will definitely be back when I’m in the Chicago area. Shot out to Mario who was very helpful, patient, and kind. I am grateful for my brother Pastor DaWayne Choice for taking me to his favorite restaurant.

I ordered cheese bread sticks and a large half mushroom and half cheese pizza for our Christmas Eve work lunch. The pizza arrived at the scheduled time hot and ready to eat. The order was correct including the extra marinara sauce. The cheese bread sticks were delicious as well as the pizza. I will definitely recommend ordering from this location. Only downside I could find was the price for the order was almost $50 which is a bit high for a large pizza and bread sticks.

the only good thing i can say is that the pizza was okay. we ordered calamari as an appetizer and the kitchen was having issues with it being too salty. it didn’t come out until we were basically done with our meal and it was still a little too salty

I haven’t been to this location. My go to is usually the one in Berwyn, but today the Berwyn location had an event. I ended up going to this Brookfield location. Worst choice. Upon arrival with my family, we wanted to order the Valentine’s Day special. The server didn’t have a clue as to what we wanted. We told him it was advertised at the entrance. He went to look at it and told us that it was for catering orders only we ordered our usual since he said that wasn’t a dine in special. We had already ordered when we showed him the advertisement they had at the entrance and said that he didn’t know there was a Valentine’s Day special. Either way, he said he would give us the Valentine’s Day special. It included two drinks, we picked wine and a beer because He told us they don’t have cocktails. Later he came by and told us that they wouldn’t honor the advertisement because they couldn’t find it in the system. Our heart shaped pizza wasn’t a 14″ either. I was pretty disappointed with all the confusion coming from the server. I didn’t even get to enjoy my dinner. They did say the drinks were on the house, but the rest had to be paid individually. First and last time I come to this location. If I had known that this would happen, I would have avoided this place. The do not seem like they know what specials they have available.

Pizza is really good and they have a decent lunch special menu if you go at the right time where a lot of the items are $10.99. Cool pizzeria atmosphere and located in a great location in downtown Brookfield.

I loved the pizza here. They had a sweet sauce which I don’t usually like but it was fantastic. The restaurant was a really neat industrial design also. I would recommend this for larger parties.

2nd time we come to this specific restaurant. Tried their dragon & sweet BBQ flavored wings, so delicious. Pizza and pasta were also very good. Definitely coming back.

Pretty shocking when I got home:
There was plastic on one that wouldn’t peel off.
So I went back.
Asked for 2 more without plastic.
Was told I could have 1 replacement slice without plastic.
Not even an “oh ya, sorry, we put plastic on your pizza.”
Beware.
