For dim sum, we like to come on the weekends when there are a few more items available like ha cheung and taro. Everything is good though. I don’t get one reviewer’s comment that things are salty. We’ve never had a bad experience and we have been eating at Macky’s for years.
Also tried dinner the other night and was very pleasantly surprised. The salt and pepper cod was really good as was the pork chow mein. We will be back for more.

The service was really fast and super friendly.
The restaurant looks small at first, but actually is lovely to eat at and has additional rooms in the back. It has a cozy classic American Chinese vibe.
The food was amazing, very fresh, and flavorful. Everything was good, nothing was disappointing. We absolutely recommend getting the fried calamari and the mango pudding.

Very filling and delicious!!! I had enough for a second meal.
I need apologize for being complicated and asking for a custom Garlic Ginger Chicken Chow Mein with yummy green house tea and lemon slices.
The meal for me was well balanced, especially considering I custom ordered something not on the menu.
Interstingly I enjoy a peaceful for me view of life going on around me along with the decor.
Portion size, I may have eaten one-third to keep my stomach light rather then then half . I will come back again to enjoy a different dish, as there were so many mouth-watering options at Macky’s Dim Sum.

We saw the good reviews online and decided to tryout the dim sum here. Overall, food is mediocre and some dishes very salty. Staff is very friendly though. Unfortunately not a place I would go back.

I had the 1/4th duck, the chicken curry, the soup dumplings, and broccoli beef. I felt so calm here and I felt very at peace. The staff really kindly stayed back until we might need help. I really appreciate the care of this restaurant! I ate so well; many others in the restaurant enjoyed their time.

Incredible. High-level max grade dim sum! Dude, it’s delicious. I have come here since I was 2 (15 years) as an Asian food lover, this was always my thing and straight up my alley. I love their shrimp dumplings, Shu Mai, and egg custard. My sweet grandma always took me here and yum! It was fabulous. The service is fast, not busy, and kinder than ever. They have no outdoor seating but don’t be fooled. This place is a major got to try.

The big plus is that it’s not hard to get a reservation and parking vs. Literally any other option in the area.
The staff is extremely welcoming and happy to speak Cantonese to you. I highly recommend the roast duck and the cha siu, they are surprisingly good. The rest of the fare is generally on par and acceptable.

Mackey’s has been my go-to dim sum restaurant in the area for several years now. The food is always delicious, and the owner is always kind and stops to talk to us at our table. Everything comes out piping hot (especially the steamed egg custard buns), and it is always a fun experience to share with friends. Since moving away we do not get to visit often, but each time we’re back in the Seattle area we make to for a visit.

Everything you want from a traditional Chinese restaurant! We ordered the hot and sour soup, honey cashew shrimp, broccoli and beef, shrimp fried rice, and the garlic green beans. The food came out fast and was delicious! The staff were very warm and welcoming and boxed our leftovers for us. Will be back!
