Dining in here has a more homier feel than a family restaurant. I love pretending that this food is made with love by Mr. Taco Bell himself. Whatever they put in the cinnabon delights is the most addictive thing you will ever experience and you will never feel the same again. You will wake up craving the gooey warm rich cream cheese icing surrounded by the airy donut coating with cinnamon and sugar. Your life will be changed forever.

I have not ordered food from this restaurant before, I have however, picked up many Uber eats and DoorDash orders from this location. Probably 10 to 15 by now. The restaurant is overall pretty clean compared to the average Taco Bell. The service at this location is OK. The turnover times on orders are a little bit unbearable, I have had to wait 20 Minutes multiple different times. I would say I had to wait 20 minutes one time for an order, 18 minutes another time for an order and in the past, the rest of my orders about half of them – I’ve had to wait longer than 10 minutes to receive the order. Sometimes, the order is available before I get there and I’m able to retrieve it on arrival but that’s generally not the case. This doesn’t seem like a very fast restaurant in terms of preparing their orders, but the staff is kind and respectful. There was one time where somebody tried to fight me because he thought that I was cutting the line, when there was no line – it was literally just the pick up counter. Nobody was ordering at the pick up counter because it was only the kiosk available to order inside of the restaurant and this random dude must’ve been high on drugs or something, and was trying to fight me when I went up to the counter and asked about my DoorDash order. The staff kinda laughed at him a little bit and told me not to mind him and they chose my side, which was nice to feel as an autistic person. Good staff, slow times, clean location and positive experience overall.

I ordered a steak chalupa with Pico de gallo and and the creamy avocado ranch sauce. I love how you can watch them make all the food so you never have to worry about some bad employee putting in your food. The chalupa bread was fresh not stale and the only thing I would change is I would have loved to have had more steak meat in the chalupa but I have told many friends about what I like to order and everyone who has tried it agrees it’s amazing! The reason I gave the 4 stars on everything else is because I think they are way over priced!!! 8 dollars for a. Chalupa is ridiculous especially when you need at the very least 2 of them to be satisfied and that’s coming from a 5ft 110 pound lady.

The taco dough is always raw. Either they’re skimping on cooking time, or it’s just the recipe. But the dough is raw and you don’t want to eat it. But the burritos they fry are perfect. Meat, egg, and salad, all fried whole. The dough gets just the right amount of extra flavor and is delicious.

No posted lobby close. Well staffed, too bad the lobby is off limits to customers but the bathroom is accessible how odd? why not open the dinning area? Very disappointed with this set up. Go to the drive thru last night and the guy asks on my luxe box if I want sour cream, I say sure and then we get to the window and my box somehow costs $16. I ask why and he said the toppings are all extra and I’m like what? Can you make it not extra I just want a regular box now, and then he said it’s already ready and I can’t change it. He ended up adding beef, jalapeños and sour cream to every item in the box which added up to an extra like $5. That’s really absurd and I feel taken advantage of.

Late-night visit around midnight. I ordered two veggie Mexican pizzas, but the flour tortillas had a strong rancid, chemical-like taste. I could only eat about a quarter of one before throwing both pizzas away. This was concerning enough that I won’t be returning to this location.

One time I came i went to bite into my taco and found hair inside of it and no refund they just remade the food and handed to me ofc I didn’t eat it, And to add to that the service is horrible everyone ignores the customers and acts like they never want to help you, went to pay cash one time after riding at the kiosk and was waiting 10 mins for someone to take my money and nobody came they all just looked at me while they made food and I ended up leaving worst fast food experience of my life I advise not to eat here unless completely necessary

This is one of, if not THE best. Clean, fast, friendly….but more importantly they pay attention and make your food the way you ordered it. Extra cheese, extra sauce? You can tell it’s on there.
