What a fun place! I LOVED coming and looking around at the bar top and all the floors and artwork! The decor is stellar.
I got the 9-1-1 roll and it’s fantastic. Not too spicy personally, and VERY well balanced. Just enough cucumber, avocado and toppings. There is also an edible flower laid out with a lot of the food! I loved the texture. Very worth it.

I Noticed this restaurant while driving around downtown Spokane. There is tons of parking out front or across street in the parking garage.
We arrived for lunch and were seated immediately. They had a decent selection of sushi rolls. I settled on the Victoria Secret Sushi Roll. Victoria Secret did not disappoint. It was so good and I will definitely be ordering it again. I then had the Huli Huli Chicken / Kalbi Rib combo plate. It came with Mac Salad and rice. The ribs and chicken were very good and the portion sizes were perfect. Dessert ??? I had the Ube Lava Cake. This is a must order!!! I highly recommend Wave Sushi Island Grill and will be regular customer now.

We were underwhelmed by this place. The fried rolls were passable, but the sauces didn’t have much flavor, and the chicken yaki soba was more like noodle with just a few small pieces of chicken. The biggest issue, however, was the service. We arrived at 9:10 PM on a Friday, and the server immediately told us it was the last call for orders, even though the restaurant was supposed to be open for another 50 minutes. It felt very rushed and unwelcoming.”

Everything we ordered was delicious — we had the Dragon Roll, Bento Box Roll, calamari, musubi, and sweet potato puff, and each dish was tasty and well-prepared. The flavors were balanced, the presentation was on point, and the portions were generous.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! We just went to the wave last night for a date night and I haven’t been there in years and all I can say is WOW the renovations and work they have put into this iconic restaurant of downtown is incredible!!! Their service was top tier friendly and felt so welcoming. The murals in there and greenery just added a beautiful essence. The food was fresh and delicious the flavors were out of this world! We are vegetarians and they had so many options!!! Their boba tea, Mac salad, cucumber salad was delicious!!
