I love Bojangles. The food definitely depends on who is working. Sometimes my meals are above and beyond. Just heavenly. Other times, like today, I asked for fresh fries because I dont like them soggy. Tell my why I got super soggy fries. Not fresh. They were super greasy, double cooked and floppy. I really don’t appreciate this back and forth. I just want a good meal after a long day.

Every time I come here, I tell myself that I’m not coming back to this location. If they don’t get my order wrong they’re really rude about it.!
Hoping the manager or even owner sees this because I’m like seriously uncomfortable going into that restaurant and I will drive a little further now and go to the one in Holly Springs.
I literally feel like I’m bothering these workers but just modifying a sandwich a little bit.

I bought the tailgate. The sweet 1/4 sweet tea, mash potatoes, gravy, and dirty rice had to be trashed. The chicken was good. The sweet tea 1/4 didn’t taste normal, it was old and had a weird taste to it, I had to spit it out. The gravy had a pretty bad smell, the closer you got it to your nose the worse, I’m glad I didn’t eat it, the mashed potatoes was the same. The dirty rices super wet and slimey thrashed right way. The Mac and cheese was good. I’ve passed through there multiple times during lunch and had not experienced this, I guess like most people say it just depends who’s working there, I’ll probably never pass through there at night again, smell your food before you eat it.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received today. I purchased two 4‑piece meals, but after leaving the location I noticed the chicken had a strange odor. I immediately returned to request a refund.
The manager offered to replace the food with a fresh order, and I handed the original bag back. However, when I received the replacement, I was only given one 4‑piece meal and my side item was missing.
After already dealing with food that did not seem fresh, receiving an incomplete and incorrect replacement order was extremely frustrating. I am very disappointed with the service.

Decided to stop in and grab a bite to eat for the first time since they remodeled and I am absolutely impressed with the new look it is very up to date,felt so inviting and the staff were gracious. I decided to try the bo’s chicken sandwich for the first time ever and I was beside myself on how good it was and what made it so good was the sandwich was not too spicy and not too drying it was perfect so it is absolutely worth trying,the fries were not overpowered with seasoning which is what makes Bojangles fries the GOAT of fast food fries(don’t argue with me,argue with your momma) other than that atmosphere was amazing and the new look is phenomenal

The morning crew that is consistently here is so rude at the speaker and window that it makes me search for another breakfast place, despite any cravings for this place. They have no manners and ignore anything polite you may say, just rude and short over several trips. Save yourself the trouble and go to Chick-fil-A. Massive attitude problem here, they clearly do not care about the business loss considering the lack of service at this establishment.

Something had changed here….and only for the better!! We tried this place about yeo years ago and were highly underwhelmed and had no desire to go back. I just happened to be craving fried chicken (not wings and tendies which is pretty much the only thing around) and no church’s, KFC, or Popeyes was around, so we figured we’d give BoJa another try. I’m so glad we did! The chicken was juicy, crispy, and had a nice flavor. Mash was phenomenal by itself, nice and buttery tasting, and was only improved with the white cajun gravy. Cajun rice was good but needed more oomph, which Cholula provided just fine. So, whatever y’all did since the last visit, keep it up….bc were absolutely coming back on a regular!
