I went there tonight on a Monday night it was my first time ever going there and I must say the pizza was outstanding! The service was exceptional and it’s such a great neighborhood atmosphere. I felt right at home. I went with a friend and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend! I live in Logan square and I’ll travel all the way here again and again. Go here you will not be disappointed!

Had dinner here with the wifey after 3 yrs of driving past it regularly. Only about a 5 minute drive from home so it’s a convenient location. We ordered mozzarella sticks which were nothing special; my wife commented she could tell they’d been frozen ♀️ our pizza took a while to arrive & once it did, it was piping hot but delicious!! The cheese was layered on top & perfectly melted; rly flavorful too. We both agreed it’s definitely better tasting than Villa Nova down the road. We were unaware there would be a live DJ so that was unexpected but he had some dope beats going Idk if I’d come back in to chill, but I’d for sure be down to order pizza from here & pick up

It’s unfortunate that they provide such poor customer service, because the pizza is pretty good and is priced fairly reasonably. I used to frequent almost weekly, ordering for pick up, until a few weeks ago we received a pizza that was supposed to be 1/2 vegetarian but came with pepperoni all over. This meant my wife, who is vegetarian, was without any pizza. I called and asked for a credit since I would like to frequent again, assuming it was a one-off mistake. I was told by the young cashier, who called the manager while I was on hold, that I would refund a full refund for the pizza. I waited a week, but did not receive any refund. When I called back to share that my refund I was owed was never processed, I once again was placed on hold while the cashier called the manager, who then relayed to me the manager would call me back. After another week of no call, no refund, I called again. Same story, same no call. It seems to me their business model is to just churn out cheap food and could care less about the service they provide to their customers. I will no longer be giving them my business.

Caping with a friend out of town to meet his family. Pizza was not as good as it normally was but it still was good. The drinks were cold and the bartenders were extremely beautiful and very polite and bantered back and forth with the customers which is always a good sign. And also the overall price doesn’t reflect just food. It’s a bar so we had lots of drinks.

I visited this place to support Waterworks Pizzeria Car Cruise event and to support Illinois Camaro mission and enjoyed it so much. Gina served me and she was so nice to me as well. The atmosphere was great and the pizza was delicious so can’t wait to visit again.

Stopped in for lunch and had the pepperoni pizza, my friend had the deluxe pizza. The pizza was all right, but overall your average thin crust you’d get anywhere. My friend mentioned he didn’t enjoy his deluxe.
We sat in the first room which was a bar area. It was pretty dark and there were people smoking at the bar which was not pleasant to be dining next to. Our server was a really nice lady who was attentive and took care of us.
Overall, I’m glad I tried Waterworks since we work in neighboring Brookfield, but I don’t think I would come back.

This absolutely is the best place in Illinois for pizza. Eat there or take it home. Located in Lyons township on Ogden Ave. Best people and family oriented you will not find a place like this anywhere else. Close to Chicago so anyone in the south Suburbs or from the city has very little travel time. Did I mention Illinois Camaro and other car groups have cruise nights every wedensday here? So come on down eat pizza have a few beers and enjoy looking at cars every wedensday from 6pm until 9 pm. Ask for Judy or Gina.

A friend suggested the taco pizza. Taste is similar to a bar pizza and overpriced: 21 for an individual pizza. There are definitely smaller moms and pops pizzas for a better taste and quality around the neighboring area.
Another issue encounted was placing the order online. We arrived on time but were told that the order was not ready. Even if you place an online order you need to call the place to verify the order is accepted and started. They said it is a system problem, yet the establishment should contact the customer to verify the order goes through prior to accepting payment. The clerk was not very apologetic and blamed it on us for not calling.
Tried it once, but don’t plan to return.
