If you want to order yourself with no or little help and like to be left alone taco bell is the place for you. Don’t worry you will be alone inside because taco bell has effectively thrown out customer service and replacing it with self service!! Can’t wait till they convert to all robots and really isolate thier customers!! Love it absolutely love that taco bell hates customers and loves money!!

Staff was nice, these nuggets are disgusting. I actually talked with the manager (I almost never do) and he said it’s normal. The nuggets are so dry and burnt they are absolutely gross and almost not edible.

Refused to take our money because we were paying with a $100 bill, had no change, no manager on site with keys to provide change, rude non professionalism at its finest for a fast food chain! Food was thrown together, no meat in either taco.

Will never be back here. Congealed disgusting and cold (probably old) Mexican pizza, asked for creamy jalapeno and NO TOMATOES, found a huge chunk of one on it and no creamy jalapeno of course. My chalupas were sad and cold, took only 2 minutes to get home so I know these were not fresh. Do better taco bell and thanks for wasting my money.

Worked late, stopped for food. I got 2 box combos. Everything I got had more tortilla than anything else. Potatoes were very hard I could tell had been sitting all day. Crunchwrap tortilla was hard as a rock. Also the order was online, noone was in drive-thru or in store and they hadn’t even started my order yet arriving about 15-20 minutes after ordering. Just overall bad food,bad experience. Also one of my burritos was suppose to be steak. They gave me ground beef. I barely ate the food. Waste of money

I just had a rude older lady argue with me because my order was wrong! The past 10 times I have been there has been wrong. Nothing drives us customers more crazy is when your employees ask do “you want sauce” “yes , mild please” get home none in the bag. There is a good chance we won’t be coming back!
