I recently visited Chipotle Mexican Grill, and I was genuinely impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt inviting, clean, and well-organized. The staff greeted me with a friendly attitude and worked efficiently while still taking the time to make sure my order was exactly the way I wanted it.
The food at Chipotle is consistently fresh and flavorful. I love that you can customize every part of your meal — from the type of rice and beans to the salsas, toppings, and protein. The ingredients taste high-quality, and everything is prepared right in front of you, which makes the whole experience feel transparent and trustworthy. My burrito bowl was packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and generously portioned. The guacamole was fresh and creamy, and the chips were warm and crispy with the perfect amount of salt.
What also stands out about Chipotle is their commitment to using responsibly sourced ingredients. It’s nice to enjoy fast, convenient food while still feeling confident that the company cares about quality and sustainability.

Call corporate to solve issues is a pain in the ass. I already had to wait longer for my food because they were out of steak. Then they made it with old stake. Then i asked it to be remade with the fresh stake since i waited for the fresh. Then they forgot the rice in the order. When i got home i found plastic glove in my salsa.
Returned. Should not have. Customer service via app suck too. This time hair in my food. Chipotle sucks now more then ever.

I have eaten at several Chipotle restaurants and have always had an enjoyable meal, but never such a bad experience as I did at this location. All the protein options were almost gone, dry, and not very appealing. I asked the server for something fresher, he told me it would take 1/2 hour and I was there at 4:30pm, just before dinner time. There were plenty of staff on duty, but most of whom were just standing around and talking; there was nothing on the grill at the time. I got the chicken and was very disappointed with the quality of the meal; it didn’t even smell very appetizing, and I ended up throwing it out!

I love chipotle, I eat it multiple times a week but for year and years at this location the corn is always frozen, I’ve been to prob 2 other chipotles and never ran into this problem not a huge deal but kinda kills my meal. Please please fix thisssss:)

Every time I go to this location, and lately EVERY location has been a disappointing experience. Always giving small portions and rushed ordering. Today’s experience specifically was very frustrating. I got 2 quesadilla kids meals, told the worker that the sides and protein would be the same for both meals, and he still got it confused. He didn’t give me rice in one meal and the other no chicken. I told him 3x the side and protein was going to be the same for the other meal. They packed it up like this and everything, so I paid and unpacked everything right there in store and they missed 2 of the sides! He also put a good portion in the container and took out some to make it less!! Like what the hell!! So fed up with chipotle and their skimping!!! They put it in a container so I got even less portioned than in the meal. I’m so frustrated! Was the worker sober or was this the new chipotle policy

Placed my order on door dash and Picked it up myself as I was gifted a door dash card. I ordered a Chipotle chicken burrito bowl. My order was missing the meat , my Guacamole and salsa . I contact Chipotle and they tell me that I have to contact door dash to resolve my issues. Door dash offered $3 refund. The employees didn’t greet any new customers. They weren’t even friendly as I waited for my order. They knew my name and knew I was picking up an order. They filled it and put it on the shelf for pick up knowing II was standing right there and didn’t even tell me it was my order.

I loved this chipotle bc its so close to my work & always on time. I ordered on the app, went in to go get my food and asked if I can get a water cup. First worker said “no you are online order. You need to pay in store” and I responded “no, not a soda cup from my rewards. I just wanted a water cup please.” She repeated herself and then had another one of her coworkers tell me the same exact thing, stating i must pay IN STORE to receive a WATER CUP. They were rude, ignored what I was saying and shrugged her shoulders when I said “just a water cup”. I am a paying customer, through the app Requesting for WATER. There is no way this is part of their rules.

Ordered a regular side of chips. As you can see in the photo, there’s about 15-20 crushed up pieces of stale chips. Not sure if portions changed or this location is skimping, but I don’t recommend going here.
