Waited 20 minutes to be acknowledged. No eye contact. Bartender with the braids is super rude. Service on a Saturday night should be handled by good staff. Keep her on the weekday schedule.

While visiting Old Town, we stopped in for lunch. Big place, but it was fairly slow while we were there, so we sat at the bar. The bartender was a hoot. He was working by himself, doing everything. He had us cracking up, told one lady who asked for a fruity drink, ” Honey, the only thing fruity here is me.” Food was ok, nothing amazing nor bad. Looks like they do karaoke there. They have a bowling alley in the back. Sure, they also have live music, with the stage in the back. Good solid joint!

Worst experience of my life i wish i could put zero stars. I came in to get one shot that was $18 which was not told to me till i was paying, the bartender is a old lady with a button up shirt she was so rude and said she “if you don’t tip bartenders make you terrible drinks before we even paid and kept going on about it without us even continuing a conversation then when we paid she kept talking bad on us and i was going to tip in cash but the second she started being rude i didn’t give her anything. I came in March 1st around 8:40-9pm . Please say something to her because its disrespectful to ask for a tip when i haven’t even paid my bill yet which is why i didn’t give her tip after she kept talking bad to me

I didn’t have food there, so I can’t speak for that! My lovely friend, Carroll Lynn Willgren,hosted a Fashion Show there and it was beautiful . Such a wonderful space, everything was perfect. However, I’ve been there before and it was so much fun. Great place for karaoke and drinks are good. Had such an amazing time at the Fashion Show and I met some great people.

Located inside Old Town in Kissimmee, FL. Free street parking is available but limited. There’s a large parking lot in the back of Old Town that is convenient for a small fee ($10 dollars at the time of our visit). There’s also Valet parking available. Accessible entrance and bathrooms. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff. Good food and great drinks. Came to see a comedy show and the event was well organized with plenty of table seating and service. Prices are a bit high, but expected due to the high flow of tourists and visitors. Surrounding areas have plenty of activities that can be enjoyed before or after your visit. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

We went to watch Michael Stewart, got there at 9:00 p.m. , and it was after midnight and we left without him stepping foot on the stage after standing for the 3 hours; there are no chairs in the general admission section. The bartender, even though attentive and kind, told us that he was going to be on from 9:00 to 11:00 p.m. We don’t recommend this place, unless you dont mind waiting for a while and listening to the MC saying the same jokes over and over. We recommend asking if you can take chairs; the concrete floor is hard on your feet and joints. It is really not safe to dance.

We’ve been coming to Old Town for many years. Was going so well, drinking, singing having a great time. What we normally do is at the end of the night we club together and leave a tip for the bar staff, what I don’t like being told is that my change does not include tips!! I know that.. I told her that we sort at the end of the night providing the service Warrants a good gratuity.. Her response was “O yeah that’s what they all say!” well bang goes her tip right there… I won’t be dictated to on how much or who I tip, things are becoming expensive and we have to tighten the belt. Just pay a decent wage and this problem goes away..

Male bartender located inside of dance floor is very nasty and rude. I’ve bought hundreds of ppl here during the holidays but after last night I won’t be back and won’t recommend others to do so either . Trash & vodka cranberry $15 bucks absoultely not . Not worth it
