We have been frequenting Shamrock for years. Our visit yesterday was not as pleasant as previous visits. The food is still delicious, I will give them cudos there. However, our waitress was inattentive, the Moscow Mule we ordered was served on stainless steel, not a copper mug and needed a serious amount of lime to make it drinkable. Who does that? We also ordered the bread pudding. Usually, it is gorgeous when it is served. It was still delicious, but the presentation lacked. Sorry, looked like a kid plopped it on the side of the bowl, squirted some chocolate syrup on it and hurriedly got the whipped cream on. Was not impressed. Maybe our next visit things will improve.

Still the Best Fish and chips around. All you can eat on Wednesdays. Fish portions huge and served piping hot. Scotch eggs are to die for. The club sandwich is amazing.
Ashton is likely the best server there in recent years. Great atmosphere. Lots of great food and spirits. Wish we ate here more often. I love enjoying a few ales with me fish.

We have talked about stopping 100 times. Today we did and we will.be. coming again. The food was amazing, the service awesome and the atmosphere made us feel welcome and plenty tvs to watch you favorite team or 10. Highly recommend the corned beef hash if you stop for brunch. You won’t be disappointed or leave hungry!!!

I am not sure of her name but one the night managers had a nasty attitude on the phone because my headphones disconnected from my phone and I didn’t realize. When I did I apologized and she had and attitude when she asked again what I wanted and said she had a lot of other customers and did not apologize. I decided to go in to talk to someone about this and it was the same person from over the phone. Instead of hearing what I had to say about my head phones disconnecting and I couldn’t hear her, she just kept showing no care at all for being rude and said she was saying it louder because she couldn’t hear me and that she didn’t have an attitude. She then proceeded not listen to any of what I was saying and told me to have a good night very sarcastically. I was not seeking any discounts or anything free I was just offended by how I was treated on the phone and now even more offended by how I was treated in person. The worst part is they weren’t even busy. To blame it on being busy and actually being busy is one thing. But to not be busy at all and do that is ridiculous. My friends and family love coming here for their Chilli mac and bangers and mash. No longer will we come to this establishment if that’s how they treat people. It is ridiculous and hopefully they see how they treat others and the ones who own it do something about it so maybe one day I can come back and enjoy it.

Anya was a fabulous server-friendly and helpful. She suggested the Irish Boxty, and it was fabulous! The bread pudding was to die for, and chef Gordo even delivered it to our table! We shared both and it was the perfect amount, with a flight of beers. Thanks for a lovely evening.

Could easily have ordered a large number of items on the menu but we decided on fish and chips, French toast, and the eggs Benedict.

Excellent service and food at this cute Irish pub! Stopped by during our trip home and were very happy with our experience. I had the Reuben and my husband had the burger with cheddar. Both came with these delicious fat potatoes. So good! We will return if we are in the area again. Highly recommend!

I ordered a Buffalo Burger and an Irish Red Ale for lunch and they were excellent. The service was also excellent, friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone who hasn’t been here already. It’s a piece of Pueblo history with amazing food and service. I will definitely be returning in the near future.
