Kendall who seated us was kind greeted us with a beautiful smile. She was kind and friendly. Our waitress was awesome I am sad I can’t remember her name. Dark hair medium length . forearm tattoo However first time at this location definitely impressed by service and quality of food. Very clean and easy parking. Definitely recommend . Thank you for a great experience.

Second time in a year that my wings still had feathers. Unacceptable and disgusting. BDubs used to be good quality and decent value, not anymore. Quality continues to decline, the size of the wings has shrunk by 50%, even the flavors of sauces and dry rubs has become worse and worse. Was 6 months in between visits last time, will be much, much, much longer going forward.

Don’t order takeout here! They definitely don’t care as much if you’re not sitting at a table eating. Past two times they’ve given us “dry rub” wings looking like this.

Jen, the manager had a large group they served and at one point one part of the group got frustrated by the service from the server. After the incident she was very accommodating and wanted to know for future resolutions how they could improve upon service the next time. You can’t please everyone but she is proactive and not reactive. Good job Jen.

As with most BWW locations you get a nice atmosphere with many TVs for watching sports. Came for lunch and ordered 10 boneless wings with fries for a nice price. Service was kind of slow and it wasn’t overly busy. Wings are decent, Thai Curry had good flavor and decent spice. Fries are average at best. If you are looking for atmosphere when watching sports this is your place, if you are going strictly for food you will be a bit underwhelmed.

This location is terrible. Whenever we order to go, the quality and service are awful. The last few visits have been disappointing but today took the cake. ALL of the food was cold. We arrived at the pickup time and the food wasn’t even warm. We had to reheat everything at home. The “sauce on the side” was ONE tiny cup of sauce for each TEN piece order of wings. Not to mention they forgot our large dressing that we bought and our to go drinks were just sitting out on the counter getting watered down.

Great food and great service. Everybody at our table enjoyed their food. The atmosphere is fun, and it’s a cool place to catch a game or catch up on sports scores. Our waiter was on top of things. We didn’t have to wait long for our food, and we never had to ask for a refill on our drinks. This B dubs will definitely be a return trip for us

I’ve been to this location several times recently when in Adrian, and absolutely love it! Staff is friendly, great to chat with and the food has always been piping hot the way it should be.
Order accuracy including appetizers has been 100% and the manager Jen is always happy to hear positive feedback. As a manager, she’s doing something right and it shows with her staffs smiles, friendly service and attention to detail. Even the new servers are on top of their game.
With great service I always tip more than I should, because they deserve it.
The only downside is that we usually order too much and get full on apps, but the bright side is that we don’t have to cook later.

My family and I certainly enjoyed our visit. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Food was delicious as expected. …. Only couple concerns were the spacing of the high tables, and the guy carrying the tall stacks of glasses leaning onto his body (sanitary advisory). But other than that, enjoyed the visit. Thank you very much!

Above-and-beyond customer service. Our pickup order was ready right on time, and the staff were incredibly kind — especially to my 3-year-old, who they treated like a little princess. So sweet, so thoughtful, and such a great experience all around.
