DuBu is a traditional Korean restaurant with great banchan and meats!

This was my first time coming and the atmosphere was relaxed but clean and aesthetically pleasing. They immediately served the banchan – fried fish, salad, spicy cucumbers and kimchi. The cucumbers were my favorite!

We ordered the seafood pancake, fried dumplings, seafood dubu soup and short ribs. The short ribs were absolutely incredible, packed with flavor and tender. It was a massive portion. The seafood dubu soup (spicy) was pretty mild, so it’s good if you just like a little heat. The dumplings were just okay, I wish they had a bit more filling. The seafood pancake was delicious and also huge.

This was my first time having traditional Korean cuisine and I was very impressed. The menu is large, I look forward to coming back for more!

We’ve visited this place many times, but I haven’t found a favorite dish yet. The reason we keep returning is because my kids are absolutely crazy about their deep-fried little fish. I just wish they didn’t charge $3 for each extra fish that adds up fast!

I really wanted Soondubu and people seemed to rave about the additional little fried fish here. The fried fish was a bit overrated, not too much flavor and a lot of batter. The soondubu was hot, not much seafood. But the service was abysmal—we had to look for service several times because it was never there. And not because they were super busy, they just seemed to be standing around.

The side dishes were delicious, I especially liked the vegetable salad, and the dressing was made with ginger; both soups I ordered were very tasty. I will definitely come back.

This is easily one of the top three Korean restaurants I’ve ever visited. The harmony between the flavor, cleanliness, and customer service was absolutely perfect. Even though the staff was busy, their genuine care for the customers was truly touching.
The seasoning of every dish was spot on—it’s clear why this place has such rave reviews. I came here based on the positive feedback, and I wasn’t disappointed at all; it’s now a permanent staple on my personal ‘Must-Visit’ map. The authenticity of the ingredients and the warm atmosphere made the dining experience even more special. A huge thank you to the owner of Dubu! I’ll definitely be coming back with friends and family.

First time visiting a Korean cuisine restaurant. I was so happy I chose this place. Clean, beautifully decorated and warm, friendly service. I observed that the portions were large so I ordered an appetizer. I was pleasantly surprised by the appetizers that were promptly brought to the table. It was an assortment of ample portions that could have served as a small meal. I ordered the large steamed dumplings appetizer and took half home. Each dish was attractively plated and garnished. Each was tasty and prepared to perfection. Service was super prompt and ever so pleasant. My food came quickly and was freshly prepared. I’ll be returning. It’s a must try!

High quality banchan and side dishes. The regular spice is actually mild. Intestine soup doesn’t taste like clean thoroughly. But the overall flavor is great.

The experience here was terrible – the crab was way too sweet, the free pickles were all raw, and all the dishes had so much MSG that we ended up drinking tons of water when we got home. The staff didn’t serve us at all, didn’t change our plates or dishes, and didn’t refill our drinks either

The quality of the meats is consistently outstanding, and the overall experience reflects one of my favorite cuisines ever done right — authentic, comforting, and deeply satisfying every single time. The flavors never disappoint, and the care put into each dish really shows.

On top of that, the service is always wonderful — warm, attentive, and welcoming. This place holds so many memories for me, and I keep coming back because it simply never fails. Highly recommend to anyone who loves great Korean food and a genuinely good dining experience. ❤️

A lovely and cozy little restaurant near the H-mart. It has absolutely amazing tofu soup that is so absolutely delicious it has you eating it despite the spice kicking in, genuinely I may have lost more weight than gained from sweating alone. The prices are understandable, a little on the expensive side but its negligable as the quality and service are always top notch. The staff genuinely cares about the food they serve and it is unmistakenly made with love, and there are enough servers to make sure your requests are filled out in no time.

Staff is amazing, although a little rushed, as I once went to the restrooms and they took my half eaten food, they were generous enough to cook another one free of charge and got rid of another charge they had as a token, showing their extreme willingness to compensate mistakes and show that they care about the customer. Other than that one tiny mishap, I’ve had nothing but good likeness to this area and I will continue to go as long as im in the vicinity.
