For under twenty dollars I got two sandwiches, chicken nuggets and a shake!! Meaty burgers, and the chicken nuggets were also, so if you’re looking for chicken in Des Moines you should look here. I didn’t think they were over breaded, I think it was just the right amount. Chocolate shake was great, and the BLT was also! After all that I didn’t spend twenty dollars! Did I mention that speedy service also!?? I’ll be returning. All the stars!

They always the best burgers, fries, milkshakes and of course, the ranch!! It’s always tasty, we’ve never been disappointed. Great staff and quick turnaround of ordering and getting your food.

My daughter bought a sandwich here on Thursday 2/25. As she was eating the sandwich she felt something hard spirit out and it was an acrylic nail. She took it inside with the sandwich and they refused her refund and said you can have a new sandwich instead. They rolled their eyes at her instead of giving her a refund when they should have had gloves on and the customer service with corporate has been useless in the process as well. Contacting the health department they should be getting some visitors soon.

Their chili cheese fries used to be really enjoyable. the quality overall has declined within the past month or so, the problem is that the food is either undercooked or overcooked. I have received burnt fries and hard undercooked beans in the chili which makes it hard for me to return. I hope they resolve this issue soon.

I have always liked Bbops and up until now, everything was great. Last night I bought fish sandwiches for dinner and after I had eaten half of my sandwiche there was a long hair stuck in it. Ruined dinner for me! I know this is probably an isolated incident but I won’t be eating there again for a very long time. Sorry.

The burgers here are in a class of their own. I’ve eaten here numerous times. It never disappoints. It’s definitely a must stop for lovers of a great burger. Make sure to get a shake to dip your fries in.

This place was really nice. The only problem we had was figuring out where to turn in because of the road construction on the road next to them, but I didn’t take any stars for that.
The food was really good. The shake was super thick and tasted great. The burgers were excellent, and so was the sloppy Joe, chicken nuggets, pork sandwich, and chicken sandwich. Everybody liked what they ordered!
The fries are great, too. They are thin fries but not super thin like Freddy’s fries and tasted great dipped in the shake. The honey mustard suace was also excellent; it wasn’t overly sweet like you get in a lot of places.
The employees were great. They seem to genuinely enjoy their job.
Overall, great experience and will come again if I’m in the area.

Fantastic spot to grab a quick burger or sandwich. The burgers are big, super delicious, and super affordable. McDonald’s and Burger King should look upon this restaurant and weep.
