Service was fast and responsive. Very good on that front. The atmosphere was ok. I felt like it was too open. They should probably add some dividing walls or decoration where the tables are in the middle. The food, while tasty, was not good thai. My wife and I have been to several Thai places and agreed that it seemed that there were things missing. I definitely noticed that portions of my rice in my beef fried rice were cold. I think they pre-made the fried rice. Like the night before or in the morning. My wife had masaman chicken curry and said that it was missing something.

Very cozy vibe and warm lighting. I went because my best friend suggested it and it knocked my socks off. They also do substitutions which is so nice. I asked for pad thai with big noodles instead of regular noodles and it was so amazingly delicious. The shrimp fried rice tasted like a big warm flavorful hug. I need to bring my family and boyfriend here too, I need my loved ones to all try it or i will explode into smithereens from unfulfilled anticipation.

My nail technician invited me and my mom to this restaurant to celebrate my mom’s 81 birthday. What a lovely place! The three of us shared beef fried rice and a seafood medley with Thai tea. Everything was delicious!!! Our bellies were so full and we still had leftovers. Great portions!!!

Absolutely wonderful. Firstly, the pad thai and shrimp fried rice were so delicious and were good portions especially for the price. I’m very particular with it comes to fried rice, and this is the best I’ve ever had. Also the atmosphere with its warm lighting and booth seating felt cozy. Our server was very kind, friendly, and accommodating. Thank you so much.

Today I went to the restaurant and I tried to pay using a balance I had on a card, which covered my meal plus a tip, but it didn’t fully cover the tip amount the restaurant considers MANDATORY. I was trying to explain this to the cashier when the waitress very rudely came up to me and said, “This is America,” clearly annoyed, as if I owed her something or as if I were refusing to tip.
I would like to clarify that the cashier was very kind.
I find both the restaurant and the waitress very abusive. First of all, it’s clear that the restaurant should pay its employees a fair wage, and any tips customers give should be an extra for them. But now it feels like you end up owing them, because for them it’s no longer voluntary but MANDATORY, and no matter what your reason is, you’re forced to make up the difference. This is unbelievable.

I had lunch at Thai Norcross and found it to be a decent experience overall. The restaurant is spacious, clean, and has a nice atmosphere. The service was excellent—very attentive and friendly. The pricing is very reasonable, making it a good value for what you get.
As for the food, it was just okay. While not bad, it didn’t quite stand out compared to other Thai places I’ve been to. I tried a few dishes, and while they were decent, I didn’t find them particularly memorable. However, given the great service and good value, it’s still worth a visit if you’re looking for a casual spot for Thai food in the area.

We went for a late lunch over the weekend and place was not crowded. Liked the interior of the restaurant and people were nice and welcoming.
Our servers were very attentive and gave a great service. We ordered three dishes and were satisfied with all three. Delicious and portions were sufficient. Prices I would say are reasonable.
Why I gave one star less was due to their billing policy. There was no option for a custom tip. When they gave us the bill 15% tip was already added to the breakdown and customers are forced to pay at least 15% as a tip whether they like it or not. Usually I pay somewhere between 10%- 20% based on how satisfied I am and how much I can spend on tip. But this policy didn’t sit well with me. And when I got the receipt to sign I can see an option to add an extra tip too. I know generous people are there who can afford to pay more. But personally I didn’t like this idea.

Went for lunch. HUGE portions compared to other restaurant lunch specials. Great pricing. Food came out fast. Friendly service. Nice atmosphere and decor. Pad see ew was a little salty, needed a little more depth or sweetness.
