I love Starbucks, but every time I come to this location, they are out of something my daughter and I order. Every time. Whether it’s a seasonal drink, cake pop, or just a Sourdough Grilled Cheese. We never get everything we would like to get when we go. Just this location seems to have this problem.

We stopped here on the way to a doctor’s appointment, my husband needed to use the restroom so instead of using the drive through, he went inside. I waited in the truck because I have a fractured pelvis.
He ordered my drink and paid, but after 25 minutes waiting, we were at risk of being late for my appointment and he had to tell them to just do whatever they wanted with it because he had to go. So Starbucks, thanks for taking our time and our money, without giving us a drink in return. At least the bathroom was clean.

I am not entirely sure what factors in to every Starbucks having a different different quality of espresso shots depending on where you go. But the espresso shots here were quite weak. I asked for a double and I feel like I’m drinking a watered-downed coffee. I don’t think they have the machines they’re supposed to be using. If you’re coming for high quality espresso shots do not come here. I feel like I got ripped off. Please make sure you guys get the right machines as soon as possible. The ones you are using are terrible… But the service was great. My boy Ben who took care of me tried his best to take my complicated order.

The iced brown sugar oat milk espresso has always been good from here, but recently the oat milk has been chunky. I’m not sure if they aren’t shaking the carton of oat milk or what, but I have had a chunky drink three times now.

We went through the drive through so I cannot say what the atmosphere inside the restaurant was.
We ordered through the mobile app so I could use my gift-card.The drinks were incredibly watery and almost tasted like nothing .To say the drinks were poorly made would be accurate . I am upset because we paid about 6$ for each drink , just to not even consume them .
Not only that but my gift card only had a certain amount of money on it and I had to pay the difference . I have no problem doing that but the difference was about 2$ .However when I went to reload the difference it only allowed a min. of 10$ to be reloaded . That is 8$ that I did not spend that had to be on my Starbucks card. I wish there was an option to reload the amount that you would like .
The staff was friendly and the drive through moved fast and that is why I even give two stars.

on the other hand, was given to me on time, but gets cold as I wait for my coffee. Never did get the coffee, asked for a refund instead because I’m now going to be late to a wedding after waiting 30 minutes for my mobile order. Other visits have been similar. Good luck getting your cup filled to the top, also. I ask for extra milk to top mine off on every occasion, usually fitting an entire tall cup in my venti cup to fill it as it should be filled. They will toss the tea bags in with the latte, which not only takes up a ridiculous amount of space, but tea doesn’t steep in milk… Also, I ask for “no foam” every single time, yet they always, always, put foam in my drink. It’s like they don’t even look at the label! I’d definitely double check your drink if you have a true food allergy – I wouldn’t risk my life on their incompetency’s. I literally dread going to this Starbucks now, I used to be a 3-4x a week drinker, but have virtually stopped going all together because of the lack of consistency and absolute failure to adhere to standards they set forth. Here’s the last three drinks I ordered “no foam….”

Three minutes in line and no one pulled any shots. After 15 min. I got 1 out of 2 drinks, and it was incorrect, left without the 2nd. Inefficient process.

Update: gave them another chance and haven’t had any problems so far, they have treated me politely and once when they didn’t had something I had order online they gave me a different coffee of my choice and a 10 dollar gift card which I thought was very generous!
