My last visit here last week was a very good experience I went in. I was a little one online. They took my order right away. My food came up in less than 5 minutes. I love the braum sauce. I highly recommend the chicken strip dinner. It comes with gravy great for dipping your chicken strips, It even comes with a cookie.

Clean with friendly staff. Free upgrade from soda to milkshake made my kids happy. Plus, you can have your shake made from any of the ice cream flavors they have. I hate that we dont have Braums in Az!

The staff are really nice and helpful. Braums is the most reasonably priced around, if you know what to get. Their pimento spread is pretty great! Gravy can be hit or miss, and mayo lovers need to understand that Braums does not have mayo. They have their own version of miracle whip, it is off-putting, and they will not differentiate it from mayo if you ask for mayo. They’re doing great work with breeding their cows for the lactose intolerant. My bf barely farts after having some frozen yogurt anymore.

I’m convinced most of the 5 star reviews are from people that haven’t gone here on a consistent basis or from years ago. I’ve tried to given this braums so many chances, I work right around the corner so it’s very convenient. However, at this point it’s become a joke at my work because of how many times I’ve sworn I wouldn’t go back and keep giving them a second chance. They constantly mess things up, leave items off burgers, I’ve gotten a chicken sandwich when I’ve ordered a burger and gotten a burger when I ordered a chicken sandwich, like ridiculous mistakes that should never happen, on a consistent basis. One of the things I don’t even expect them to do (because they just don’t do it when I ask 9/10 times) but, still ask for is to put the sandwich sauce on the side. As you can see they missed it yet again, however like I said I expected that. I didn’t expect the fries to be inedible and burger to be quite literally slapped together.

Ordered our food with one sub milkshake instead of drink. Called order and no shake so asked for it said they would get it waited for a while then went and asked once more still didn’t get it so finally just asked for a cup to get a drink with since getting a shake seemed impossible.
