Service was extremely slow, waited 10 minutes to just place my order. 13 minutes get my food. Fries were cold.Burger was perfect. Frosty was melted. I finished my burger before I received hot fries and that the frosty machine was now broken. Now the sad part. There was only one person in the eating area and one car in the drive through. I could totally understand if they were busy. Peace out.

The drive thru guy in this picture was the nicest guy I’ve every encountered. We had 3 little kids, with 3 special orders and he didn’t even make a face when we asked to change this or change that. He was extremely accommodating, nice and pleasant. Because of him I will definetly becoming back to this Wendy’s again, mark my words. We even had to return because of a plain burger that wasnt AND they didn’t make US feel like the idiots or make it feel like its coming out of their paychecks. GOOD JOB GUYS, KEEP UP THE HARDWORK

Place was a mess with flies everywhere and most tables had left over food. Staff was no where to be found and food was cold. Really gone downhill since new management took over.

I stand by the motto you get what you pay for. Thats the case with fast food, and I think that’s how it is with Wendy’s as well. I ordered the junior bacon cheeseburger it’s more than a dollar and it taste like it’s more than a dollar ingredients were tasted fresh and the service is what I would expect. The atmosphere was well lit with a lot of windows and our food was served to us quickly. It was a nice transaction.

The person at the counter was extremely rude! I was trying to use the mobile app to get a deal they were having where you got a Jr bacon cheeseburger for a penny if you buy something else. I ordered a large fry and a Jr bacon cheeseburger and had him scan the QR code in the app. Rang up for 3.90. Then I wanted to add sauce for my fries and he went back and added that then rang me up again, now the price is $7. I said that’s not right and he was like “it is what it is I just work here”. I tried adding the promotion in the app again but it was acting like it wouldn’t work cause it was already used. Go get a manager or something if you just “work” here!

I came here late at night, after working a shift I wouldn’t normally work. Im going through an extremely rough time personally, and between that and being up late, but the time i made it to the window after placing my order, I was trying to fight it, but couldn’t stop the tears. The you g man working the window (pictured in another recent review), Laron, was exactly what I needed! While waiting for my food, he came out to talk to me, asked if he could give me a hug, (something I desperately needed) and tried to comfort me. He is an absolute gem and a huge blessing g to have on your staff. He made my night and I just want to recognize him and say thank you!!!!!

We have gone to this Wendy’s a lot. The staff here are always great! But the last 2 times I have gone they have forgotten an item in my order and I had to go back to get it.

This Wendy’s is awesome. The guy with curly hair working last Saturday was also super nice (we didn’t catch his name). We feel like the staff are always nice. The food came out fast and efficient. Sometimes everything is perfect and sometimes the chicken is a little tough. Overall, this is a great Wendy’s to go to. Thanks!

One time I went, I had to wait a long while for my food because they had made the wrong thing. I don’t blame them one bit, it was late at night and I’ve worked fast food before. The manager that night, an older woman, came out with the correct order and gave me some coupons as an apology. Super chill people and awesome management. The way she stopped this coupon from expiring is so funny, I love telling the story behind it
