The cutie sweet girl who was working the drive thru march 3, 2026 at 4:45pm deserves a raise and nothing but happiness for the rest of her life. She accidentally gave me the wrong drink and I didn’t go back to get my correct drink because I didn’t really care. As I’m sitting in my car eating my burger she came up to my car window and gave me the correct drink and apologized. It’s literally pouring down rain and she did not have to do that at all. Great employee and amazing customer service she is an angel and I love her

Manager was very rude! Was missing a breakfast sandwich from my order so I had to drive back and when I arrived I was welcomed with attitude. I asked if I can have something for the inconvenience and was then told that he was inconvenienced too because he’s working multiple positions. Which has nothing to do with me..when I seen at least 4 staff members. 0/10 HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND!!! The manager is a big black heavy set guy

The staff here are the best. They deal with absolute chaos; various ingredients out, credit card machine down, frosty machine busted, drive thru software that gets all messed up if somebody leaves without ordering, and the staff manage to be friendly, accommodating, and generally cheerful through all of it. Great folks.

Pull up to the drive-through. The nice young lady said pull around to the second window waited there 3 to 4 minutes a Neice lady said there’s no manager on duty right now. It’s gonna be quite some time before you get your food. Is that OK? I’m hungry and I want someplace else

This place is poorly run. They’re open until midnight, but when you show up at 11pm, the doors are locked and no one is taking orders through drive through. After waiting for five minutes, I called the store and they said “Oh, we weren’t listening to the headsets.” Unacceptable customer service. Not even an apology.

This is a very nice location. The store was very clean. I believe it was the manager that waited on me. He was super nice and knew his store very well. Only complaint was the Coke machine wasn’t well stocked. Many flavors weren’t available. Including my favorite “Caddy Shack zero sugar).

The inside is closed at 6:30pm!! Had a mobile order for 2 potatoes took me 15 minutes to get to the speaker then another 15 at the speaker until the worker to addressed me. The guy behind me went around me (assuming he also had a mobile order he wasn’t able to get). In short this location suckkks! All I’m saying is don’t make inside pick up an option if it is not. I would not have waited 30 minutes for 2 potatoes had I known. They tasted fine but again the frustration was not worth it!
