Went here for break from a job. It was a nice experience although i wish the service was just a little bit quicker. I understand there are lunch rushes but you gotta be prepared for that ya know! Anyway, I got a steak and chicken bowl it was pretty good and I love the sour cream they have here. Got a drink and a dessert came out to just under $20. Crazy what inflation has done!

I wish I could post -0 on all !!! The store was nasty not 1 clean table food on all chairs! I didnt even want to eat in their but my son did! Now let’s get to the food. Bones yes BONES in my son and I chicken. I reached out hopefully they take care of me and the situation!

I want to provide feedback hoping for improvement.
If I can give this place 0 stars, I would.

There is a repeat offender- she is of African/black descent, not the one that wears her school sweatshirt, she gives the best portions of protein.

But literally around 6-7 p.m., there was one African/black female that was the first of the line to serve food. There was no pleasant smile, and worse, when I asked for a double portion of protein, she skimped by picking up four pieces, as if it was nothing.

I know when people see her give poor portions protein, people feel uncomfortable asking for more to then receive to a few more pieces of proteins- it makes it hard to even ask for more, without being more uncomfortable than I already am.

If I am paying for a proper service with our hard-working money, please have some proper ethics, which means if you don’t add the double portion, do not put the red plastic tag, as if you did.

There was a co-worker that is an Asian gentleman that caught that it was not a double-portion of food, so he removed the red tag. He is the real MVP for doing the right thing and I appreciate that he was polite – he made the experience better.
I ask that you train that first server properly on giving the customer the right service they deserve.

I ordered online for a 6:50pm pickup. I got there a few minutes after the pickup time.
I understand when people are busy, you may have to wait.
I asked where the online orders are? No one seemed to know. Then one said, Here. We’ll put them here. But there’s not any.
After a few minutes, someone else asked for my name. They hadn’t started making it.
That’s ok. I can wait.
They did start making it for me, even though there were some people in line.

I have NEVER had such a skimpy quesadilla! Mostly tortilla! Seriously!
Plus, they were out of fajitas. So I didn’t get that inside of it either.

And you get 3 sides. I was only given 2. How did that happen?

I don’t know if the employees were new? Overwhelmed? Or just not good at the job?
I will not be going back to this location. At least not for a long time. Maybe they’ll have a turnover of employees and it’ll be better in the future.

The employees were fine. Not rude or seemingly to dislike the job. There were a handful working at the time. Chipotle usually has a rhythm to the preparation line. They didn’t have that here.

The parking lot is very small. I had to wait for a spot to open up.
Difficult getting a parking spot with so much snow.
Many of the Chipotle parking lots are small.

Really disappointed the last two times we have done take out. I don’t know if it was the sauce so water down now or just so much water from other things. . Pretty much it looked like throw up. We didn’t even eat it, just removed the top to take a picture

We waited in a long line (15+ people), to have the last of the vegetables be given to the person in line before us (as a vegan who can’t handle the spicy tofu option – the veggie bowl is basically my only option). The server basically just shrugged when I asked again if there were no more veggies available, and eventually the manager stepped in and said they would make some quick in about 5 minutes. At this point we were already 20 minutes into our wait time. When the veggies arrived and I got back into the line, they were also out of brown rice. The server went into the back and got a half spoonful of brown rice – about a quarter of what should be included. No one, including the manager, apologized for the long wait time and the lack of prepared ingredients. Plus, the trash was overflowing. We will never be going back there. Especially when I already reached out to the Chipotle “contact us” link that is listed in other reviews and they basically responded saying, “that’s too bad that happened – hopefully that won’t happen again”.

This location is generally pretty good, but last week I got a worker who was stingy. She seemed new, and was so careful about how much she put in the bowl. Mehh.
The salsa guy was generous… But I’m here for the meat and beans!

ATTENTION OWNER. Please visit your restaurant once in a while or at least hire responsible managers. This place is beyond nasty. Let’s start with the floors; napkins, toilet paper, food and other garbage is all over the floor. All tables were dirty. ALL. I took a pic of some. Outside garbage bins were missing, Specialty drinks were out, fajita veggies was out, chicken was burned to the point it was not etable. At the time of my arrival there were 6 customers eating so it’s not like they were too busy to clean or restock items. Working table, the one they make your food on was beyond dirty leftover foods were all over it. Its so disgusting. Staff was like sleeping zombies barely moving and half were day dreaming. This is so embarrassing for such a huge company as yours. I love Chipotle but this location changed my mind. Absolutely no customer service. Take care of your customers because they sign your paychecks. Lots of competition around so it makes no sense why this location not taking their business seriously. Very disappointed. Will not come back.

Lobby/ seating area isn’t always clean and items like napkins and forks tend to be not stocked and have to wait for someone to stock. They seem to keep food stocked though except twice I’ve had to wait in white rice to be made but it didn’t take long.
