If I could give zero star I would. This was one of the most unclean establishments I’ve ever visited. My husband and I ordered double‑meat meals, and the cashier had an attitude from the start. She was also extremely stingy and unprofessional throughout the interaction.
The restaurant itself was dirty and not maintained. On top of that, they didn’t even have the correct change for our purchase. Our change was $9.68, and we were told they could only give us $5. That is completely unacceptable.
The entire staff appeared very young and showed no concern for customer service or the business. If it weren’t for my husband still wanting the food, we would have walked out.
This location needs new employees or management should consider shutting it down. I will never return.

Actual rating is zero stars. I ordered a steak burrito bowl from your app, and when I opened the bowl, there was no steak in it. You ran out of steak, didn’t tell me, and charged me steak prices for a meal with no steak. Next time, notify the customer that steak is not available instead of sneakily charging for steak and not putting it in the bowl. Ridiculous

Super dirty almost nasty atmosphere. Trash cans were full. Tables were terrible, the soda fountain was messy and full of napkins everywhere. The same person who was serving, was in the cashier. The smell of sweat was so strong, I guess because the air conditioner wasn’t that good. Oh man. What a terrible experience as a customer .

The customer service I receive about two weeks ago was phenomenal, I believe his name was Carter or Carson he was absolutely amazing. Horrible. The second time I’ve been here in 2 weeks. This time I had to walk out in the middle of the order. Trash can over flowing in the kitchen. All condiments almost completely empty. No tortillas , no chips, green tomatillo sauce was dark brown. Filth strewn all over dining room. Last week was almost as bad. Never again

So all of the ingredients that should be in bowl are on a ticket.
I bought a Carne Asada, brown rice, fajitas, black beans, mild tomatoes, medium, corn, cheese, lettuce, and queso.
I opened it, and it was missing Carne, Asada tomato, medium corn, cheese, lettuce.
Not sure how that happens, but when I called the store, I was transferred to corporate. Why? That was 15 min out of my lunch.
So now I have this veggie bowl full if rice and a little bit of everything else.
I was given a free meal, but now my lunch is over so I’ll eat what I can at my desk with my overpriced veggie bowl.
I don’t see an option to take a pic of this mess.

1st time back since 2020. Our order taker was polite and professional. He was only 1 of 2 employees helping customers. The food item area was a disaster. 1 employee was cleaning up but most of the food looked old. 2 other employees stood around chatting. The chicken was good but dry. The queso was cold. The bathrooms need attention. Not sure if I’ll return to this particular store.

Tried to have lunch here again, Wed Jan 14, around noon.
When I walked in there were 9 people in line.
Several of those people were looking around the line at the employees.
The employees seemed to be for the most part, lost.
Who is in charge to help these people?
Empty pans stacked high on the prep tables.
Then, the only person on the food portion of the line, looked up at the people waiting and kindly asked…Would anyone like a bowl without rice?
That’s when I turned and left.

My friends and I ordered from Chipotle on 13th for pickup. I grab the bag and when we get home, my friend opens her salad and immediately sees this bug in her lettuce. Well, everyone’s appetite was squashed, so we tossed the rest of it (cuz clearly there are bugs in their food in general). I contacted Chipotle and have not gotten a response, but I want to warn others. Sad, because I like their food
