Didnt want to give any stars but it wouldn’t let me do that. But I ordered 3 simple meals and it took forever to receive, plus we noticed on the receipt that one of the burgers were wrong so we tell them at the window and they still got it wrong!!! Had us pull up just to get it wrong AGAIN!!! very rude and unprofessional with an attitude with us as if we hadn’t told them it was wrong the first 2 times!!! Worker in the back ( Black lady with short hair cut) was very rude. Will not be back again as this was my third time coming to this particular McDonald’s and the same result always occur Smh. Great Customer Service applies to the workers as well!!!

Ok bringing it back old school and with a modern vibe…
Nice and clean restaurant and quiet busy amazing staff with the fact that some Uber eats,Doordash,driver’s act entitled and treated McDonald’s employees ugly..However once again they are so awesome that it didn’t bring there vibe down one bit…
McDonalds can learn a thing or two from this branch keep up the great work guys you all rock…..

Auful service spent $30 and got cold fries had to ask and wait for fresh. Added tomato and the pic is what was received. To make it worse one of the supposed managers jumped up and down shouting we were lying and pointing at us. We brought the burger back in to prove it. The older wiser manager fixed the issue.

I ordered a shake through the drive through. I live 2 minutes away. While getting out of my car, I dropped the shake. I immediately called the restaurant hoping they would replace the shake. Manager cuts me off and says thats not really our problem. I said I know its not but it would have been great customer service. I understand they aren’t responsible for food once it leaves the property but it was really about how the manager responded. I had a time stamped receipt that showed it had been less than 5 minutes since I ordered the shake. It really goes to show that this McDonald’s doesnt care about customer service.

I’ve given this location multiple chances but after so many failed attempts at meeting minimum standards I need to leave this review.

I already expect my fries to never be fresh or my chicken nuggets to be luke warm at best but you had one job.

The job THIS TIME was no tomatoes. You failed. Luckily this tomato choice was preference and not a food allergy.

Stop messing around and pay attention to what you are doing, you don’t want someone messing with your food do you? Okay no so do better.

Got coffee here, normal for Mcdonalds. Everyone was quite friendly. Good place to watch the trains go by. Menu is typical for a mcdonalds.

They were struggling. Orders were wrong, incorrectly made, and took a long time to get. You kind of expect a certain (usually low) level at McD’s, but this didn’t even meet that low bar. It would seem they were understaffed because all the team working were rushing about doing what they could to just survive.
