In my opinion, taste wise, Zaxby’s is better than a lot of others as far as fast food goes. We got everything pictured (group photo) for $68.48. I took close ups of individual items, too. Be weary of a long drive thru line here…that usually means they are short staffed (as are most places these days). With 3+ cars in line (whether you order drive thru or go inside), you can expect to wait 20+ minutes for an order this size. A note of caution: Be sure not to put online inside pick-up orders in too much ahead of time because folks in the area have been known to steal others’ online orders.

Female employee rung up my order incorrectly and quoted me a total of $39. I asked how for one salad, 3 dressing and a coke. She began yelling at me over the intercom and told me to pull around. By the time I got to the window, she was walking around with the head set on huffing and puffing like a damn mad dragon. I will NEVER spend money with this company again because I refuse to spend my money with a company that has poor customer service.

Line is always long, but service is fast. Ceasars salad is my favorite. Large enough for two portions. All staff members wore masks.
Update: Went back today, line was out to the street. But, I was able to place my order within five minutes and my plate was really good!

Unfortunately, when we visited this Zaxby’s they were out of lemonade and sweet tea. Who knows what else they would’ve been out of had I ordered more. The kickin’ chicken sandwich I ordered turned out good though. Plenty of sauce and the chicken tenders were still crunchy. The french fries were tasty too with the Zaxby’s sauce. The lady at the window was the absolute sweetest, if it weren’t for her I probably would’ve given 3 stars.

Just left the Awful service at churchs chicken and came here…the line was long but service was fast! Got a cobb salad with fried chicken and chicken finger dinner for hubby.. my salad was enough for 2..so eating half today half tomorrow. Worst zaxby I ever been to. The service was horrible and when I got my big zax box the chicken was burn and super small and skinny. Barely had any meat and when I told the manager she said all the chicken looks like that. I love zaxby and I never had chicken tender that small from the other zaxby.
