I ordered a quesadilla a cheese one and came back chicken. I asked them to remake it and they gave me a cheese quesadilla that was cold in the middle and none of the cheese was cooked. Don’t go back there. They are terrible. They have a bad attitude and they don’t cook your food if you want to get food poisoning go to this Taco Bell.

I’m so upset with my recent Taco Bell delivery order that was incorrect and very disappointing.

My order arrived missing several items, including all sauces and the pinto beans that were part of my meal. When I called the restaurant to report the issue, I was told that the problem was DoorDash’s responsibility. This response was frustrating, as Taco Bell prepared the order, and the missing items should have been verified before it was handed off for delivery.

Regardless of the delivery service used, customers expect Taco Bell to ensure their orders are accurate and complete. Being redirected without any attempt to resolve the issue is unacceptable. I highly recommend that you don’t order via delivery from this place.

We had to wait over a HOUR for our food and I had to call them to make a formal complaint in order for them to even get STARTED on making our food. We also asked at the 30 minute mark where our food was and they said they were “getting started on it” This is UNACCEPTABLE for a FAST food place. The workers there suck and should heavily rethink their job choices. Not only did my food take forever. But my bean and beef burrito was ALL refried beans. Genuinely fire the whole team and rehire because how dumb do you have to be to take a hour on a taco bell order.

This place is an absolute joke for the multiple times I’ve come here and gone through drive-through. They messed up my order every time so then I proceed to go in and complain watch everybody get their food from inside the diner and through drive-through and I have to sit there waiting for 15 minutes for my order to be made correctly while my food is in my vehicle getting cold then you proceed to look at everything management in the back doing whatever they’re doing and have all these young kids walking around standing around doing absolutely nothing. What a shame Taco Bell!

Grabbed food after work for my daughter and I. Was pleasantly surprised by how fast I got my order. Food was good and I customized some items on the kiosk. I’m sure it depends on when you go but I very much enjoyed this visit.

service is always unbearably awful each time we come here. they ignore you inside the building for over 10 minutes regularly, they ignore you in the drive through, they will have you waiting 40 minutes for food every time, regardless of how simple your order is. the worst part about this location is how awful everyone’s attitude is. it is so embarrassing seeing them roll their eyes and sigh when you ask them to do something that is within the job description of the job they applied and interviewed for. if you cant even pretend to be able to handle customers, find a different job. the second hand embarrassment i feel when i come to this location is too much.

placed a order ahead of time so i could pick it up on my 30 min break, they marked the order as made almost immediately after. i get there 25 min after placing, and they dont have the order at all, it has to be made on the spot and wastes 20 of my 30 min break. the store was empty and so was the drive thru. anytime i scedule a order something like this happens, its either not made or it was made immediately and is cold by the time its the sceduled pick up time. bet their personal lunches were made on time tho

Under staffed at night. Waiting upto 30 minutes for small door dash orders. Drive through Line is completely frozen for long periods of time. And the drive through has no route to exit so if the time u waited in it caused your ordered to cancel u must still remain stuck in the line till everyone in front of you is served.

I order Taco Bell three times a week because I get out at 1:30 a.m. and the amount of times that my food order is messed up is ridiculous. I only ordered 3 items every time.. how hard is it to read ?? This applies to both Fall River locations as clearly the night crew is a bunch of people who don’t care about taking care of customers
