This was my 2nd time at Noble Roman’s and it did not disappoint! The pizza was absolutely amazing and the atmosphere was really inviting. The manager, Al, was fantastic, super friendly and made me feel very welcome. Great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Noble Roman’s is a great place for pizza! The inside is much larger than it looks from the outside, offering plenty of tables and booths. The layout is designed in a way that creates smaller, more intimate spaces, making for a comfortable dining experience. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the pizza is excellent.
I hadn’t been to a Noble Roman’s in 35–40 years, but I always loved their deep-dish monster. Today, while in Carmel and craving pizza, we remembered this location from a recent breakfast next door around Valentine’s Day. I’m happy to say the pizza was just as good—if not better—than I remembered!
We ordered a medium deep dish and one of their specialty pizzas, though I wish I could recall exactly which one. What I do know is that the deep dish was a delicious, 8-slice masterpiece. Now that we know this location is here, it definitely won’t be another 35–40 years before our next visit!

Stopped in after a long, stressful workday and that cold IPA was exactly what I needed. Sam and Santi were awesome! great service and made sure we were taken care of the entire time, even with a little extra activity going on. Love having a laid-back spot like this to grab a beer and unwind after a crazy week. Definitely coming back.
