This is possibly one of the worst McDonald’s in the Great Bridge, Hickory, Grassfield area. I quite literally have to return to this McDonalds to pick up missing items from my order every. Single. Time. I order. From this McDonalds. It doesn’t matter if I order through the drive-through or with the mobile app. Most of the time I order, it’s a mobile order, so you’d think it’d be easy. I genuinely wish I was exaggerating. I’ve lived in this area for almost a 10 years now and I intentionally go out of my way to go to the Hillcrest McDonalds, which is further from my house, to get food when I order, because this one is so bad. I keep returning with hope and I get disappointed every time. I often find myself wondering, is it only me? Am I just unlucky? That’s how bad it is. This isn’t including the times I’ve showed up at 8pm, and no one is answering the drive through. Only for me to find all of the employees smoking in the parking behind the McDonalds. Online, the app, maps, everywhere says they’re open, yet no employees are inside working. Now that has only happened a few times, but that in combination with consistently missing things from my order EVERY ORDER is just ridiculous. ‍♀️

Maybe you should invest some time and some training. If the customer says little ice light ice that does not mean fill the cup, one thousand percent full of ice to where the straw will not even go into it. Also, if the customer ordered a large, maybe you should give them the large and not the small fries are colder than the ice

The service at this location is absolutely horrendous. On multiple occasions, including today, have had to wait more than 25 minutes for an online order. It is unacceptable that when you have online orders that are placed well in advance, use curb side pick up, and then still have to go inside instead to wait another 15-20 minutes for your order. Avoid this location because management does not care about quality.

All said and done- 37 minutes for an order totaling $9.50

I would welcome a franchise owner to reach out.

Ive had my fair share of bad fast food. But this, by far, makes it the most time consuming and irritating ive ever had. I went out of my way to only order my food when I was sure they were not busy and when I open it up quite literally every single thing was incorrect and had stuff I took off on. Not only that I received a small frappé when I ordered a medium. I went back to get my food remade and I kid you not it took them nearly half an hour to remake it. And the worst part of it is the lady insisted that the very very obviously small sized cup was obviously a medium. And by then it had melted. Also only one employee in the entire kitchen was wearing a uniform. I can only recommend this place if your into having the wrong food be made consistently.

McDonald’s is a 212 BILLION dollar company and can’t pay their employees enough to care about their customers? Spent $20 and got absolute slop, and didn’t even get everything I ordered. Very telling sign, the fact they ask you to donate to the Ronald McDonald house when they’re comfortably sitting on 212 BILLION is insane. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY

This is the worse McDonald’s in the area. I have never had a good experience here. They have two drive-thru lines and 90% of the time only one is open. Put in a mobile order and get there, and the line is around the building. I went inside to pick it up but was told I had to go through the drive thru to pick it up. Staff is not very friendly or helpful.

I’d leave 0 stars because of tonight. Came almost an hour before closing. It took a long time to order and I was the only car there. They served this to me in a sarcastic manner like oh you want Big Mac sauce what an inconvenience. When I came back I asked why it was wet feeling and looked like this. To be told I don’t know and wow that is bad. To then have employed look at it and laugh. I left with my refund. 0 attempt to remedy the situation. 0 offer to offer to remake it. I’ll find a different location to go to.

Foods fine…. Once you eventually get it. Friday night.. 550 and after placing an order haven’t moved in 15 minutes. If you are the owner, please learn some business sense and understand when peak times of your business might be. Ya know throw on some extra fries and nuggets..

Went through drive thru and waited in the outside lane for 15 minutes while the inside lane was getting served one after another. The person on the headset kept telling me to hold on. I finally left and just changed my order to be brought out to me. This has been my worst McDonald’s experience. I use to be an hourly manager so I know how it feels to be on both sides of the counter. Took 25 minutes to get my food and didn’t give me all of my food.
