Sometimes you just got to have a double cheeseburger. Using the app saves a good bit of money and it builds points towards free food. Also having them bring it out to the car is nice if there’s a long line

I go to McDonald’s weekly for a homebound lady. I get the same thing every week. I try to use the one on Hwy 341 because the order is more consistent every week. On occasion I have to use this Altama location. I went there on 7/28/25, let me just say this about my order, whoever is putting the sandwiches together must not care about what they are doing OR they need to be trained more. I ordered a double cheese burger, the sandwich was so cold the cheese was not even slightly melted. I then checked a fish sandwich and the half piece of cheese that is on the sandwich was actually on the box and barely touched the bun. Come on McDonalds, a 1/2 slice of cheese on a $4.99 sandwich, REALLY?

I’m not sure who the “ manager “ of this facility is, but how yall acted tonight was absolutely insane. Myself and 10 cars are sitting in the McDonald’s line expecting to order. I pull up to the order microphone. Nothing. Myself and a few other people pull up to the payment window and the employees inside pretend to not see us. Finally, a guy comes to the window and tells me “they are closed” because no one wanted to work and their manager told them to close down. mind you, it was 10:15 and they do not close til 11pm. I do respect this guy for at least saying something instead of avoiding the customers who are confused and just wanted to order some food. There was a young man behind me in line asking what was going on because he had a DoorDash order to pick up that he was unable to get because the employees didn’t want to open up the window and communicate. It’s one thing to close down early, but a whole other thing to not have the decency to explain to the customers that yall are closing down early for the night. It’s not even the fact that they decided to close down early, no one enjoys working late. But at least be a decent employee and put a sign up or open up the window and communicate with customers. I’m not the type of person to leave reviews, especially negative ones, but im doing this hoping that this reaches the right person, hopefully the person who is actually in charge, because your “manager” needs to be dealt with..

I been going there for awhile to get ice black coffee and I’m always nice to the front staff. I proceeded to talk to a lady with red hair and I wanted a plain black ice coffee I explained it as well then I get a cream ice coffee she looked at me knowing well it’s wrong and said it’s what I ordered ,( like dang bruh do you job ) then another lady with red hair said next time “order it without creamer “ . The fact that the first red hair lady I talked to knew what coffee I wanted and acted like it was my fault is a disgrace to customer service

AVOID AT ALL COST. These people did me wrong after I showed them kindness. Told them they’re out of tea and gave me no refund. Told them I want the receipt they handed me and said “you ordered from there, you don’t get a receipt” EVEN THOUGH THEY JUST HANDED ME THE RECEIPT FROM THE ONLINE MENU!!!

Terrible service. Today I went to get my food and it was super cold. My glass of coke was incomplete. I asked for a refill and he didn’t want to. I asked for more ice and he didn’t want to. He chased me away from the window. I’ll never go back to that McDonald’s. The employees’ behavior is driving customers away. I hope the owner of McDonald’s sees this because it’s a loss for his company!

So I ordered for my dad a hot fudge Sunday and a drink the drink got a hole slashed in the side and I saw the guy in the back with the leaky cup but he wiped it and still gave it to me so my 82 year old Dad had drink spilled all over the place and the hot fudge Sundays had no hot fudge. I had to ask for the hot fudge and it was pitiful at how poorly the ice cream was. I won’t be back to this Mc D’s.

Jose is the manager of this McDonald’s. The fact is, here in Brunswick, Georgia, whichever McDonald’s he is at is the “good” McDonald’s.
Any business would benefit from having Jose leave their team. There is something about him that makes people want to follow, and want to be professional.
People that would elsewhere be terrible employees become good employees under his guidance.
It is always a pleasure to do business with the franchise where he is managing.

Sar in the drive through for 5 minutes and never got acknowledged then went inside and got asked how did I get in. I walked in at 9:35 and the staff claimed to be closed. According to the website they dont close until 10 p.m. Wow done!!!!
