I order from this Taco Bell all the time and normally my food arrives perfectly but I don’t know if Someone in the kitchen is having a bad day but my food arrived squished I ask for no lettuce and it was all on it and I also asked for no ice in my drink and it was filled with ice, I would just appreciate if in the future when my food is made that it’s made by somebody who doesn’t hate their job because it shows when they make someone’s food. I also wasn’t given a sticker receipt of my order so I can’t provide a pic of it to show the no lettuce and no ice note

Bad experience is the same thing most of the time we asked for slow rosted chicken they put the regular, the crunchwrap is almost empty I can count the chicken with one hand. Don’t recommend takeout.

If i could rate 0!!!!! STARSSSSS!!!!! I would. DO NOT ORDER OR GO. Ordered doordash they took over 40 minutes to have my order ready. Dasher told me they were talking and not working on my order. My dasher CANCELED my order because they took over 40 minutes to prepare the order. Dasher said they were all Talking and the manager was talking too not working on orders.

Just the employees themselves are terrible. Attitude from the moment we placed the order. I guess she was upset that she had to get off her phone. The food? What can you say is Taco Bell food? Sadly, it was the only thing open on our way back to our house.We were on a far way trip.

Ive contacted home office Ridiculious I let it go 1st time when I had to throw my food away because they put guacamole on it without my ordering then I thought maybe I did in error but didn’t see it on order. Very disappointed with this Taco Bell in Haines City. The team is extremely rude and unbelievably slow. Even the manager had a bad attitude. The place is dirty, and the service makes the food not even appetizing by the time you finally get it. I do not recommend this location — they seriously need a whole new team and better management.

Don’t order nuggets from this Taco Bell when I always go there and order nuggets they’re always overcooked and dry on the inside I try exchanging them once and they were over cooked again then I try going up there to exchange them again and the manager was raising her voice at me telling me she can’t exchange them or give me my refund I will never return to this Taco Bell ever again you lost a customer at your store.

I placed a mobile order at 8:34 for one burrito and I didn’t get my food until 9:12 I would suggest just going in getting whatever flavor sauce you want then going home and making your own tacos and burritos from scratch It will be much faster and it won’t be overpriced poison.
