So today we celebrated my niece 7th birthday and I was happy to be there to celebrate on such occasion however I ordered something simple cheeseburger with fries. The kids received their meals and I guess maybe it takes a little bit longer for a burger so mines came out about 15 minutes after they began eating I asked for my burger to be well done it came back medium well then the waiter was waitress was unsure if I still wanted my burger so she questioned if it should be made and I then waited another 20 minutes. My burger looked as if they put The one I returned back on the grill The cook obviously was unsure of the temperature of the meat as they broke my burger into halves to check to see if it was well done and then put the slice of cheese on top. how professional is that? The manager seemed unapologetic and the waitress even stood at the table as I inspected my burger so she also witnessed my burger was already broke into pieces. And yes I paid full price I guess it doesn’t matter if you make multiple mistakes anymore. There is no consolation for your time or efforts to work hard for your money. The picture below is the burger that the cook was unsure of meat temperature for a well cooked burger.

Host pointed a table across the restaurant out to us to go seat ourselves , music was so loud we struggled to hear each other or the waitress. Took an hour to get an order of tenders, an adult burger and a kids cheeseburger. Once they came out the kids meal burger for my 2 yr old was the exact same burger they gave my husband. Looked like a $2 McDonalds burger. Won’t be back.

Good service. We both had the 4 piece fried white chicken fingers. Quite large and absolutely fabulous. This plus an appetizer and 2 drinks for approximately $40.00.

I seriously don’t know what took us so long to try this place but I’m so mad at myself that it did. This is our new favorite restaurant. I don’t eat meat so I got a veggie sub (love that there’s more than one thing on the menu I can order, I’ll be trying the quesadilla next!) it was beyond delicious. My wife got a fried chicken sandwich and it was HUGE! She said it was fantastic. We got Mac and cheese bites and they come with sour cream, who would’ve thought to put that together? Not us but man was it good! And then we ordered potato wedges and they were seriously perfect, the right amount of crispy and seasoning. It’s also super cute inside, our waitress was very nice but didn’t check on us even though they weren’t busy at all. We will 100% be coming back!

We’re from out of town but this is a place we enjoy stopping when we come through the area. Always great food and service, the wings are big and worth the money and have great flavors to choose from. We’ll be back!

Husband ordered chicken wings, but couldn’t eat them, because they were dry and hard to eat. They changed it, for an Italian sub, which was great. I also had a sub, and would definitely get it again. The manager was top notch!

Well, it’s happened… They’ve started shrinking the wings. If these are the wings we’re getting I’ll never come to Roosters again, and this is my favorite restaurant. Shame on them.
