Brisket sandwich was tender and juicy, every bite was awesome. Fried were on point 8/10. Loaded nachos are delicious and had a lot of pull pork in the combo of that bean and cheese are an excellent combo with none of them overpowering the other flavors.

We bought beef short ribs $40/lb, pulled pork and baked beans on 2/15/2026 as a take out. Normally we get beef brisket, but they were sold out. Although food appeared to taste good, my husband and I got food poisoning early the next morning 1AM.

It’s a hit or miss. I’ve been here almost 4 times now. I always get the 1 lbs brisket with mac and fries with soda. The soda is always flat. The meat is usually cold. I’m not really sure why. Other times, it’s super tough. Like it’s supposed to fall apart no? The fries were good the 3/4 times, but today’s were almost uncooked and super salty. Also, the mac n cheese is usually too watery (soup like consistency) or super doughy. I really thought I found my favorite BBQ place, but I guess to each other own. However, the staff is nice. I did ask for my plate to be reheated, and they did so. but still wasn’t able to finish it. The best thing they have here is definitely the BBQ sauce, I could just drink it to be honest. I’m just really disappointed that it’s never consistent. Looks like it’s time to find a different place.

First time visit: Walked in – party of two. Stood at counter to give order – was ignored. Told we would be helped shortly – 15 minute wait to be helped. There were 4 people standing around behind the counter. Seemed very disinterested in taking order. There was a party of 8 that had just come in and they needed to take care of them first. Gave order to go because no seating in very small eating area. While waiting for order, they acknowledged a couple that had come in (obviously regulars), cleared a table for them. The food came out for the party of 8 (looked really good and smelled good) – our order was put on the counter to go. We waited for well over 10 minutes ( we timed it) to have them finish the order. We were waiting on creamed corn. No apologies, nothing. Time we got back to hotel – food lukewarm. Will not ever go back.

I am shocked by how delicious everything was here. The location is such a hole in the wall that everything that was served here is worthy of being in a five star restaurant. Every side, every meat, and the blueberry corn muffins was cooked to perfection. I want this place to get more attention but I also want to keep this place as a secret. It’s that good.

I have yet to try the Chicken, will do when I go next time but Ribs are the top dog, Brisket is Following closely behind, Hot Link is a comfortable third, and the Pulled Pork is still so very good but the meat that had to be on the bottom.

All Sides are so very good that doing a tier list for it is quite impossible.

If you find this location while trying to find a Great BBQ place in So Cal, you’ll have a hard time not trying to pass this up.

The biggest disappointment was the food the brisket came and was so dry I ended up leaving a portion of it.
It might have been the day before brisket that didn’t sell and was stored in a hot box the whole time. It was dried out to the point where you needed sauce to get it moist again. That shouldn’t be the case with good brisket.
Not once did the server ask if my meal was fine. If you know good barbecue then you would understand.
The mashed potatoes I think are boxed the macaroni and cheese was decent.

Not going to lie , they charge way too much not to have the food taste better than that. Ribs had the membrane still on it let me know they are pretty lazy. The beans taste store bought , the soda was flat. I ordered to go and had no utensils to eat with or napkins to wipe my hands with.

The brisket was phenomenal. Juicy, flavorful, well marbled, great crust, and fork tender. The service was great. The staff was friendly, efficient and welcoming. The sauteed green beans and onion rings left a little to be desired but, overall a great experience. Their menu basically makes you choose 2 sides in order to get the brisket and my suggestion is to offer it by itself. It’s so good it can stand on it’s own without needing any sides to add value. Just my 2 cents. Keep up the great BBQ!

Update: This place is still awesome. We ordered a pound of brisket, a full rack of beef ribs and 2 sides of beans. Everything was delicious but, the highlight of the meal was the beef ribs. Tons of flavor and fall off the bone tender. They were sold out of them the last couple times I was here and now I know why. The service was good and the value was on par with most other BBQ places.
