Since 1994 the Giforos family has worked hard to build this popular restaurant. Their success comes from serving generous portions of freshly-made food at fair prices. What a better way to start your day than with a hot fresh cup of coffee and delicious breakfast selections. The muffins, biscuits, soups, dressings and food are carefully selected and made daily at the restaurant. Our menu has not changed much, since our loyal customers come to enjoy the same dish time and time again. Service was great, the place was clean and nicely set up. It’s like a giant dining room set up.
Food tho, I believe they have plenty of rooms to improve. While eggs we ordered were delivered great, other foods – not really. Pancakes were a bit rubbery and unpleasant to cut and chew, overcooked on one side. Sourdough was lack of pleasant tangy flavor and soft-airy inside kinda a good sourdough should have. Country fried steak was good, the gravy was just okay. Somehow the hashbrown texture was not soft n crispy, more like starchy/rubbery crispy. Well, if they could improve on those things they will make me a regular. I think they should have steak – benedicts on the menu, thaaaaat would be a star.

Went for breakfast on a Sunday morning about 9 am. This location was not too busy, but was filling up. Parking was not too bad yet. Staff was friendly. Waitress was attentive. Your coffee never goes empty. They are good at keeping it topped off. If you like coffee that is. Food was tasting great. Portions are moderate to large. Just depends on what you order and how hungry you are. Pricing is average. They definitely earned a TIP. Would definitely go back again.

We were very disappointed in our food. I got the corned beef hash benedict. The hollandaise was flavorless. My husband got a basic sausage breakfast. Both were cold. The hash browns were weird.

My nephew was visiting from out of town, and I asked him if he wanted to go and go for breakfast, immediately he said, Yes! So we went to Omelette Factory in Santee! The service, the food, and the personal was great! The Omelettes were in great proportions, and the coffee ☕️ was served without me asking “May I get more coffee” they were on it! Great service!

Ahhh mazing food, service, drinks and atmosphere. Went on a Sunday morning around 11:30. Wait was about 20 minutes for 4. Took a bit for our server to come by, but someone else came and got our drink orders. We got corn beef hash, chicken fried steak, eggs Benedict, and a senior meal for food. Bloody Mary was delicious and not spicy. The pancakes were so delicious! All the food was huge portions and so yummy! Our server, Mary was fun and attentive! Will definitely be back when I am back in town!

Looking for a brunch spot, we tried the Omelet Factory in Santee. The atmosphere is big and beautiful. Santee, located in the desert of San Diego, offers a lot of meal options to try. I had the California Omelette with hash browns ($17.49) and a peach juice ($3.99), while others tried the Factory Omelette ($17.99) and a mimosa ($8.99). The meals were big, delicious, and worth trying. The server was nice, but she forgot to bring us boxes, and we waited a long time until I finally asked another server. This experience made me feel less energetic about returning. That’s how I feel.

The Omelette Factory surpasses any restaurant’s customer service. Their manager Trish is above and beyond with caring for her customers. She stops by all the tables to ensure everyone is doing good.
The food is also above average. The portions are generous and the quality is very good. We had the French Dip and the Philly sandwich and both plates were generous and delicious.
If you are in the neighborhood and ready for a meal, I would definitely recommend this Santee location.

If you order this on Uber eats and they have a promo “buy one get one free” be sure and add the second one to your cart! It’s been my experience that when you have a “buy one get one free” Uber Eats automatically adds the second one to the cart, BUT NOT this restaurant! You will not get your second plate at all. Some fine print that’s not printed for you all. Sad too- because the food was pretty good but when I called about not getting the second plate, the guy spoke to me like I should’ve known to add the second plate. I’ve never experienced having to add the free plate to my cart on Uber Eats.

This was my first time at the Omelette Factory and it won’t be my last. Everything was delicious and hearty. I ordered the Highway 52 Omelette as well as the French Toast. The omelette was cooked well and the hash browns had a nice crispy crunch. The French Toast was equally as well made. The restaurant was clean, organized, and pleasant. My server was Mary, she did an amazing job! I had an overall great experience for breakfast. It’s a solid spot to eat a good meal in Santee. Eat up!!!

This restaurant had the best customer service, and the waiters and hostess were above and beyond your expectations. The food was so good I had the chicken fajita omelet, and I could not even finish my food. My plate was plenty full. Also, the people who work there have great teamwork. I would recommend this place, your number one go to place. We were here visiting from Orlando, Florida.
