Always check your order. I went there on January 19th for carry out. Got home and saw that my rice and beans was just beans. When I called to tell them of their mistake I was told that they would take my name and I could get a replacement rice and beans next time. I went back last week and was told I couldn’t get my rice and beans replacement without a ticket number. Very dishonest and very disappointed.

Food was awesome always. Usually we have good service but the last 2 times we have been that has not been the case. We waited 12 min just to get our drinks bc our server was talking to the bartender and something on TV. Then like another 10 min b4 he came back with water and tea before taking our order. I almost left, only reason I didnt was bc of my husband, and no they were not busy. However food came quick and was hot and very tasty.

Los Potales was a nice find for us in Murray, KY! The chips weren’t warm but were good. The salsa was delicious and was in a large bowl so we had a generous portion! My husband asked for a spicy salsa-always a hit or miss request. He was pleasantly surprised with a deliciously spicy salsa!
Our food was particularly delicious and the portions were large. Our waiter was a little slow on drink refills but came through when our water was almost gone.
The atmosphere is so nice and tastefully decorated.
We really enjoyed our dinner and recommend Los Portales! We had beef burrito, beef taco & beef enchilada combo and Fajitas Rancheras – delicious!!

This is a good one, you won’t be upset. We had 4 different things and we all loved them, I went with the fajita potato, not something I would normally get but I will not lie it was absolutely amazing. It had a wonderful baked potato covered in mixed fajita meat and veggies, with cheese on top of that. How bad can that be? We also had a burrito and a few other things, and they were just really good. Cheese dip was good salsa had a nice flavor a little bit of heat but not too bad. The Decour was absolutely wonderful. A lot of original pieces out of Mexico, that made this place really stand out. All in all just a wonderful restaurant good service great food, and a good location if you’re in Murray! Stop in give it a try, it won’t disappoint.

food is good except my steak and shrimp WAYYYY too salty with those cheese on top, enchaladas are good…. my margaritas it wasnt that great, its not worth it for 10.50 watered down. u can barely taste the patron in it. taste like pre mix drink…. and first margarita theyd served there is something black inside of it husband noticed it so we ask another drink… people are nice in there… the ambiance in the restaurant i like it too.

This is my go-to mexican restaurant in Murray. Went 2 days in a row & had the same dish to share. First, the dinner size shared with an old friend. The next day, lunch size portion with my son. FAJITAS RANCHERAS is handsdown my favorite along with Mexican Guacamole. With dinner, I had a margarita which is always phenomenal. With lunch, sweet tea, which was spot on!

We’ve eaten at Los Portales on many occasions. Our food has always been delicious and fresh. The burrito grande is my go-to order. It’s packed with flavor and veggies and covered in queso. The salsa and queso are both delicious.

We come here from Paris because it is super affordable and nice service and good food. This last time we were here though the food wasnt the best and just swimming in beans. Might of just been having a off day! Other then that the place is amazing.
