Owners need to be aware of the quality being delivered at this location. It’s poor, incredibly lackluster. The food was cold like it was made 2 hours ago. And then it’s served not caring at all what the customer thinks because the reality is there’s no considering that if the employee themselves were going to eat it, there’s no way they would’ve served that to themselves. This place has been terrible for years. Truly unfortunately. Avoid this location indefinitely.

Went here today to get lunch. This is my second time going here in the last maybe 2 months and the same woman at the drivethru I’m assuming is a manager because she’s always taking orders and at the window, is so extremely rude. Not sure of her name but she really should seek a job that isn’t customer service because she’s horrible at it. No smile, no have a good day. Acts like the customer is an inconvenience and like she’s sick of her job. I’ve been going to this Wendy’s for a long time and this woman is by far the rudest woman I’ve ever seen in customer service here. Get home and my food was old, sloppy & just disgusting. Won’t be going back here. Smh. Find another Wendy’s y’all.

Evening dinner rush for the last month has got me a 9 count on my 10 piece nuggets. As aggravating as that is I don’t call to complain. However, this location is under new management and I have seen improvements in quality of food and better customer service.

If Google would have let me write this a zero star I would have. I have been going to this Wendy’s for more than 10 years. I just found out about a month ago it’s owned by new people. I ordered just a simple 4 piece kids meal, there were three nuggets in the box. I’m not here to ask for more nuggets I just want everyone to understand we are all moving too fast we need to slow down and pay attention. When I called the building the manager, I assume, talked more on the phone than I could speak. And when he was done he hung up. I miss the old owners

Ironically when I went to make this review, I saw my last review from 3 years ago. Apparently nothing has changed.
So Wendy’s where’s the beef? And how old is the bacon on my sandwich? The cheese looked old too, as if you guys cook the burgers and put cheese on it and put it in a drawer.
The burger was barely warm. Just awful food. I guess I’ll go another 3 years before I order again.

By far the worst order I have ever received by 2 of the worst employees I have ever seen. Fries looked like they purposefully sprinkled all the burnt crumbs on them. The chicken sandwich was so disgusting, like it was drenched in oil after it was cooked. I absolutely want to speak to someone in corporate if they see this.

Worse Wendy’s on this side of town by far. Staffing has always been an issue here. The level of professionalism and quality just sucks. They are 5 for 8 on getting my order wrong this year. And on 3 of those occasions I got met with attitude. Completely done with this location.

The person at the wundow didn’t even greet us or say anything at all. I was the one saying thank you and have a good day. She had a nasty look on her face too. If you don’t like your job, leave. I’ll never come back. I cannot stand someone who looks miserable and working in customer service.
