I called to place an order for pick up and the girl over the phone. Didn’t know how to take the order. After we finally got through that I showed up to pick up my food. When the server confirmed what I had ordered to make sure she had the right person she said something different than what I had. I politely said we had this Instead. She rolled her eyes and said oh yeah, same thing, although it was not the same thing!
I pay get the food and open the boxes at the car to make sure everything looks OK. On the top it does. But after I make the long drive home and open the box I realize the bottom tortilla of our quesadilla is completely missing. There is a tortilla on the top that looks nice and pretty and then underneath it is just all of the filling stuck to wax paper, all very very greasy. At this time, I was not able to call them, and drive back into town. Luckily my son’s pizza was right.
We used to eat here all the time, but won’t be anymore if this is the food they send out!

This establishment has been in Harrison for several years. My first visit there was about three years ago. I was instantly hooked. The quality of their pizza is quite good. In fact, so good I ordered 10 small ones to go so I could freeze them and take home to Bentonville. When reheated in our oven, they taste like they were freshly made. This is one of my two all time favorite pizza restaurants.

This place has good food, our male server was horrible. We came around 2pm, There were only 5 other tables sat in there, most of the table was empty.
We had to wait on drinks, to the point WE went to the bar and just started ordering our own drinks because it would take 20 minutes. That’s not an exaggeration. We could literally see our drinks done & waiting on the bar pick up area for 20 minutes. Luke warm beer by the time we got it.
When we did get the pizzas, some were cold, some were hot. One pizza came out extremely Hot. We unfortunately served the extremely Hot pizza with the pie spatula to our 4yo old. She drop it in her lap because it was too hot, and burn her- through her pants. We had to strip her down quick, she was embarrassed. She did not blister or anything crazy but it was beat red for a long time. It’s not anyones fault, but a heads up that it had just came out of the oven would have saved us a lot of pain, tears, and embarrassment.
The hot ones were good, the cold ones had good flavor and they were really good when we finally go home & warmed up.

We had to constantly re-asking for stuff, silverware, napkins, refills, sauces. Like we would ask, he would forget, we would have to re-ask, 3 or 4 times for each request. We also tried to get an extra pizza to go, but he never put it in. So we left without it.

If you go here, the food is good. Check the pie temp before feed to littles. If you get the same server just turn into a parrot!

Brick fired pizza, crispy & crunchy Excellent service, the pretzel bites and buffalo chicken dip were better than average. Beer selection was local, can’t fault them for that but it would be nice to have another IPA choice. The one on tap was just not the best. Their Happy Hour looks to be on point. We will return!

When you try Brick Oven, ask for Spring as your server. She is very knowledgeable about the food, always makes sure you are taken care of in every way. Great personality and wants your experience to bring you back for more. She is the frosting on the pizza so to speak
Great food, get service. Isn’t that we are all looking for when we have a night out!

So glad we stopped by! The best pizza we have ever had. We ordered the Razorback pizza. The crust is not thick and soggy but instead crispy and just enough. Absolutely delicious I would recommend to anyone looking for something awesome to eat! (:

If you’re a doordash driver, avoid this place like the plague. One of their employees the kid with wavy hair could care less what you’re there for. On average, you’re gonna wait between fifteen and twenty five minutes every time you come. Which, during your dinner deliveries, completely destroys your pay. They do not care they think they’ve made it. And they could care less about how long it takes for their orders to go out, i’m sure they’ll have more negative reviews about the same thing. I will be declining and unassigning myself from every order to this restaurant.

Update: 12/28/24:
So, as usual the service was super slow for us. 30+ minutes from order of app and pizza to delivery of appetizer. Then the pizza and check were delivered in 13 minutes. So, this time it was we forgot about you, then hurry and get out. I left the normal 18-ish% tip.
The food was a 7.2, service 2.5.
My rating: 6.4

Brick Oven Pizza company, plus Brick & Forge Brewery. A 2-fer, first time ever. I’ll start with the beer, that picture of a beer is the “Dirty Sally” kind of awesome American Brown Ale. She is a Dirty girl and I kinda like it. then we had the Bruschetta, it was very good as well. We tried two pizzas, 10 inch Big Italian, and the Margarita. No flop what so ever. Lots of crunch. And all homemade. The atmosphere you can see and feel. Excellent. We sat in the bar area in a booth. As a norm that will cause you to get better service of beer. They had just the bar tender working the bar, the peewee football team outside, the full outdoor seating, the bar area and the back room. This guy was keeping up, but he was one bad play call away from the enter defense breaking a leg. I’m just saying he needed a bar back. Really like this joint. 2 tall beers, a coke, the large appetizer, 2 x 10 inch pizzas- 58$. A great deal. This place has all the check marks. My rating: 7.5 that is a great rating. 2.5 points or 25% above average. #brickovenpizza #eatlocal #eatharrisonar #localfood #localbeer #brick&forge #drinklocal #harrisonarkansas #localbrew #localbrewery
