I order here a good amount and during the nights I’ve been really disappointed in the way the foods made to order. So came through for a late night dinner and they was pretty good. The guy in drive through was a sweetheart and I think it was Valentine’s day I went through so it all matched lol. Anyway I got 2 bean and cheese burritos and a nachofry. He was very patient and waited for me to figure out wut I wanted on the menu and even answered my questions calmly. Good employee. Nice place. Keep up the great work. BUT BRING BACK THE TOASTADA’S!!!!

Ordered breakfast online and had it paid for but they denied us our order when we arrived to pick it up. Completely unacceptable from such a large business and unprofessional. Due to all of the issues with this business most likely won’t be attending again.

Absolutely awful. Not only did the kid almost drop my entire order and laugh about it, he also forgot my two hard tacos I ordered. The rest of the food that DID make it into my bag was ice cold and slopped together with stale broken tortillas. I tried to call to get the rest of my order that they forgot, but my call was never answered. I have a family of 6 and spend 40 – 50 dollars every visit. I’ll spend my money elsewhere. I will not be back.

The visit in general was good, food came as ordered and was hot and fresh. However, the cashier was on her phone the entire time we were sitting down and eating. The lids to the cups needed refilled, the floor could’ve been swept. The manager walked by her several times and never said ANYTHING to her! I was always taught, if you have time to lean, you have time to clean! Poor management and employees at this one!

Made a trip to town for Taco Bell. Placed order. Had to ask for my specialty drink and extra cup of guacamole. Finally got home with meal,as pictured, not even 1 black bean and very little of everything else. Not good Taco Bell! Not good!

Ordered three taco supremes and literally minimal filling in the tacos. They don’t decrease their price, so at least fill the damn tacos to the top like they should be. Waste of money at this location, New Castle Taco Bell is beyond horrible. It’s pretty sad when you order three tacos and all the filling fits into one taco. PATHETIC!
