This McDonalds either has no management or their management is really clueless. On Wednesday, I waited 33 minutes for a curbside breakfast order.
I both called the 800 number and put in a bottom tier survey. The 800 number said the franchisee will reach out. Crickets. Nothing from management.

I used the drive thru each time you have to wait up to 20 minutes for your food. The last time I was there, I waited 15 minutes for coffee ☕ I know not every McDonald’s is this slow! But it’s been my experience that this McDonald’s is that slow and not for people in a hurry.

I went here once and the ladies at both windows were so kind and the first girl complimented my nails. I just feel as though you don’t see that level of kindness at fast food places much so I just want everyone to know you will see it here! So pleased with the kindness here!

Avoid at all costs. We waited close to an hour for our food after we did our mobile order. Almost left twice and should have. I do want to give credit to the young woman working the front. She stayed professional and courteous during never ending onslaught of upset customers.

should have an option for absolutely no stars. entire order is wrong. order a 2 cheeseburger meal, only had a patty cheese and bread (nothing was altered when ordering) also ordered mcchickens, also wrong, put cheese on it when wasn’t ordered and didnt add mustard or light mayo. would not recommend.

Very slow, got order wrong. Took 15 minutes waiting for a pickup order for 5 burgers. We ordered 15 minutes in advance – so it took 30 minutes for 5 burgers. Definitely NOT FAST food. Don’t plan on going back since there was zero value to going here as fast food is already average at best and the point is for the speed of the service. Add the inaccuracy and this was pretty bad.

My boyfriend and I tried to order one shamrock shake and one oreo shamrock mcflurry. We were told by the young man at the window that that didnt exist, even though we were staring at it right in front of us on the menu. We even showed him a picture at the window and he still said it wasnt a thing and that the menu was mistaken and said maybe next time. I then went inside and spoke to the lady at the register and explained what happened. She then proceeded to tell me that we had asked for an oreo shake with mint. I told her the exact words that we used to order, which were OREO SHAMROCK MCFLURRY. At no point in time did we order an oreo shake. The manager and people at the window were extremely rude and unprofessional.
