Painstakingly difficult customer service, really let down because the engineers go here all the time but never again. Ordered half cheasesteak/half margarita with pepperoni + extra basil; There’s no pepperoni & extra basil missing from several slices. receipt only has the total which is 30.88$, so i call to make sure we wernt charged. I called, the women confirms the total means we were charged. Receipt was NOT itemized so I had to check then call back.
The employee asked for the last 4 digits of the card which I supplied 3 times, she said it wasnt there, strange, so I call the person who picked up the pizza, they confirm its the right card number, I call a 3rd time; now theyre asking for the entire card number when the first 2 times they just asked the last 4. So I double check then call again, everyone’s already on the highway so its too late to turn around; just give us our refund for the pepperoni/basil you forgot. I call again they said we’ll have to wait for the manager to call us because its busy, this employee had no idea how to work the system, which is fine but it really shouldn’t take 5 separate calls to fix this issue. Now we’re still waiting for our money back.
Five days later, i called the moorestown location & manager didn’t care nor had any idea, so he forwarded me to distract manager. ALSO, customer service email never responded when I told him store credit is not a valid compensation. Enrico said we’d have to drive 30 minutes to get our 3$ refund, insanity. Terrible customer service. 7 phone calls, 6 emails to not get our money back they stole. Very bad buisness practices. I’ve already emailed the distract management but he could have cared less, his only resolution was to come back next time; we’ll NEVER come back after this grossly inappropriate customer service.

As far as the food. Quality has dropped significantly in recent years, be warned.

This place is a gift to Jersey. It’s literally a food market with multiple little stations like a food court. You got salad, cheesesteaks/hoagies, entrees and then pizza. Wait let me not forgot about the desserts. It’s a 5 course meal essentially. Only got to try the pizza and cooper sharp cheese steak, was too full but that means I’ll need to be back. Their cakes looked outstanding.

I stopped by Passariello’s Pizzeria in Moorestown, NJ, and it turned out to be a really impressive spot, especially for a pizza place. The restaurant has a nice, clean, and slightly upscale feel, much more polished than your typical pizzeria. There is also plenty of parking, both in the back and across the street, which makes visiting super convenient.
The pan pizza is the absolute star here. It is easily the best around, crispy edges, fluffy dough, great sauce, and cheese that melts perfectly. Honestly, if you come here, the pan pizza is what you should be ordering. Their regular pizza is fine, just okay compared to the pan version, but the sides and other menu items are solid and well made.
Passariello’s is definitely on the pricier side for a pizza place, but the quality makes it worth it, especially if you are going specifically for that pan pizza.
Overall, it is a great spot for high quality pizza in an inviting atmosphere, with the pan pies being something you will want to come back for again and again.

This is a great place for food and atmosphere but only if you like noise, which I do. Passariello’s restaurant is always crowded when I dine in and sometimes hard to find seating but if you get your order to go, you’re usually in and out quickly. But either way, the food is always delicious, noteworthy, very fresh, and authentic. So if you haven’t tried their food I highly recommend eating here!

Great place to go and get something to eat! They all have sections of different food. Salads, soup, pasta type dishes, and pizza. I got pasta and it came with a roll. It was so good and fresh. Wish I could finish it all, they do give big portions so I just got a side dish. The people that work there will take your dishes when you get up to leave. My mom got two different slices of pizza.

Best slice shop around. Wish they brought back my all time favorite, can’t remember the name of it but the honey mustard chicken is closest. It was that same crust, blush sauce, chicken, mushrooms and spinach or some other green. You can’t go wrong with their slices, don’t be afraid to ask what is what, theyll take care of ya.

Food is average and generally decent, but the delivery drivers are consistently and bizarrely rude. Borderline confrontational. A word of advice. If you think you’re too elevated to be delivering food and it somehow feels beneath you, FIND ANOTHER JOB. If you’re a company hiring folks like these, it reflects very poorly on your business.
