I went through the drive thru. I know it’s a long wait, but the food is worth it. The staff who run the orders out are very courteous and I understand it’s not their fault if an order takes a long time. I wish people wouldn’t take out their frustrations on them. They have no control over the kitchen. Also, when there are two drive through lanes, and there’s still a line out on the street waiting to turn into Culvers, that’s a pretty good indication that the food is good.

Unfortunately, for the first time ever, we had the worst meals ever the other day. We ordered two different chicken sandwiches and they were awful. Even though they appeared to be cooked well, the texture was as though it hadn’t been cooked at all. One of friends got the tender basket and three out of the four pieces had a wide grisley string of fat through the whole piece, and the other two pieces didn’t even have the texture of chicken. This location used to always be so consistent in high quality but the last two times the chicken was like this or so rubbery that it tasted fake. I don’t know what happened to this once reliable and consistently good place, but the other day’s experience completely ruined it for us for good. Never going back to that location ever again, probably not that chain ever again.

Burger was the Bomb, so Damn Good. Kinda Semi Fast Food. Dining areas was packed to capacity with Teens, looked like the High School students took over. Even so Burger , cooked to order and brought to you in small waiting area by employee who seemed to Enjoy his job at Culver’s. One of Best Chain restaurant purchased food from. Definitely would challenge 5 Guy’s Burgers for cooked to order burger.

‘Caramel Pecan’ was their ”Flavor of the day” today! And anything with ‘Caramel’ is a definite winner for me! So i decided I would take a little longer trip today, and I drove to go to this specific location of Culver’s, because I hadn’t had that flavor in a while, and it just sounded so good, which it 100% was, for sure!

We dine at Culver’s often. Fries , sundaes, onion rings all great. Burgers are always overcooked and dry. No resemblance to what is shown in commercials. Please make them juicy as advertised. Thank you

Came here after a basketball game. We were in the drive through for over 15 minutes to get a kids meal and a sprite. Once we got the food, we tried the sprite, and it tasted like soda water. We told them about the inconvenience and they apologized and nicely gave us a new one.

Alicia gave excellent service to our family with a toddler at the counter and table. We’re not from this area but would definitely be back if given the opportunity. Food was delicious. Curder burger and fish was the truth. Thank you to her and the rest of the team.

Every single time we come to this restaurant we have issues. Orders are always incorrect and missing things. Ice cream is soupy not frozen. It’s called frozen custard! I asked for ranch. It was missing. I asked for a shrimp dinner they gave me 10 shrimp minus the dinner. Forgot the cheese sauce. Every single time I’m in there or in the drive thru the children working are laughing and joking around which is probably why the orders are always wrong. I would be ashamed to own this restaurant. It should be shut down and rebuilt. New owner and new managers. No children working.

I come to this Culver’s location weekly for lunch, and I’m consistently impressed with the customer service—it’s always spot on. The staff is friendly, efficient, and makes sure everything runs smoothly. I only have 30 minutes for lunch, and I always receive my food quickly with enough time to sit down and enjoy it. My order has always been accurate, and the restaurant is consistently clean and well-kept. It’s a reliable spot I genuinely appreciate. Highly recommend!
