I’ve been coming to Saba’s for decades and they never disappoint.
Come hungry because the servings are large.
I typically get the the home made Spinach Pie but opted for the Chicken Shwarma.
My daughter got what she gets every time: The loaded Gyro fries (which are amazing)
A short wait to get a table and even full to capacity, our food came within a few minutes.

Nice friendly people. Quick service. Great Mediterranean cuisine. The falafals are great and so are the pita bread combos. We used for pickup but it was the quickest pickup ever ! Tasty and flavorful food.

Everything we had was SPECTACULAR! The service was top notch! We drove from the West valley for my son’s birthday because he loves Mediterranean cuisine. Everything is scratch made and so FRESH! We will definitely be back! When we got the bill we were expecting something well above $100 but we were well under. This is a hidden gem in the desert to those who have never been. Don’t think about it, just do it! Go tonight! Go tomorrow! Go when you can and treat yourself and the ones you love! Ok. I’m finished lol. You can tell I’m impressed and we will definitely be back!

Great little place to eat and have a beer in North Phoenix(my beer was $4.50, I usually pay from 6 to 8 in other bars). My waitress, Stephanie, made my day recommending a burger for lunch, and a dinner plate to take home for later. I took home a plate with grilled chicken, chicken shawarma, and Gyro meat and all 3 were delicious. Their Tatziki sauce is so good, on the garlicky side, just the way I love it. For sides I had hummus and grilled vegies for sides. I will be back.

Got the gyros, chicken shawrma, baba ghanouj, hummus and Greek fries. The chicken shawarma was tasteless, came in strips and cubes with no grill marks. A sauce drizzled over was also tasteless. The gyros were dry. You can get better pita at a grocery store. The rest of the food was average. This was a disappointment. There are several other authentic Mediterranean restaurants in the area which are more inspired. Sorry guys, you can do better.

The food here is excellent, the pita alone is so soft, the french fries are super crispy, the flavors and texture of the gyro meat are great. Even the salad was amazing. The smokehouse burger bbq flavor was on point and add gyro meat ontop. So good!
