Went here tonight on the way home, whole experience was quick and employees were awesome. There was an incident with the car in front of me where someone was asking for a refund and once the manager got to the window all I could hear was a woman and a man it sounded like yelling and berating at the manager from the car in front of me. I’m not sure the whole story but I know fast food is not that serious, and the manager did such an excellent job at keeping professional and level headed. They tried to give their food back from the car, but I heard the manager say they weren’t allowed to take it back, very basic food safety and totally understandable (to me). THEY however only answered back with MORE yelling and threatening to throw the food at the manager. Is that really going to solve the issue? The manager meanwhile was basically pleading with them to calm down rightfully so, as they were doing wayyyyy too much and I know the employees at Taco Bell don’t get paid enough to deal with people like that. Even if they had a right to complain about their food, have some decorum, it’s really not that hard to act with kindness and decency and it really just baffled me that people can act this way and not feel ashamed about it. My favorite part was that the manager then told them they weren’t allowed back, so at least they’ll have to drive a little more out of their way if they want Taco Bell again which is a win for minor inconvenience if nothing else. Then they drove away and threw their food out of the window so maybe get them for littering if you can get their plate number from the cameras. My food was excellent and still hot even though the toddlers in front of me were throwing a temper tantrum so I have no complaints. Super well handled and the staff did an excellent job.

Knockout. I haven’t been in a while since they took away the Taco Salad (RIP) but gave it a shot today. My food was excellent – everything tasted fresh and the portions were good. Kids liked their cheesy roll ups. My cashier Anastasia was super friendly which really brightened my day. No wait in line and food came out in like 30 seconds.

This location has awesome employees! The cook makes the food like it looks on commercials, not skimpy like other locations. It’s always hot and fresh tasting. Also, the girl working the lunch shift every weekday is soooo friendly and fast! I’ve been meaning to compliment this Taco Bell, for awhile bc with inflation & the high prices, it’s nice to feel like the value is there!

Lost my rewards I used on my order.
I ordered on the mobile app and was told at the window they weren’t serving food. I told the worker I had already been charged and she told me she can’t do anything. I canceled in the app and was notified I’d be refunded in 5 business days. I’m on a tight budget. I also lost the rewards items I used on the order. I’ve been on the island for a long time and have put up with the crappy customer service at this location for years. I just let it go and say they’re understaffed. I’m usually not one to review but this seriously set me off. I shouldn’t be able to order and pay for food if they can’t make it!!!!!

Literally walked in to order because I can’t go through the drive-through because my car window is currently broken. Get up to the register and then a girl walks up to me and she’s like “oh I’d really appreciate it if you’d order on the kiosk right now”
Then walked away… while 3 other ladies are just standing around laughing.
I understand being packed and busy with online orders… but to ignore customers because you can’t handle the “rush” ( meaning 2 online orders and no other customer in there but me) is crazy… sorry not sorry you have lazy crew mates. Will not be spending money here bc of the rude employees.

Yes, it is fast food. Every now and then it is granted for the kids on busy sports nights. But MY GOD the service here from the manager Audrey was AWFUL! She wont shut her mouth long enough for you to ask a question in the drive through. Terrible!! Audrey, I feel bad for the poor souls that have to work with you on a daily basis….

Terrible. Service, Food, attitudes. Terrible. Telling all customers to order from the app, drive thru, or kiosk; all because your till is closed at 8pm??? Yet your front door says open till 2 or 3 am? That’s ridiculous. No reason for your till to be closed that early.

Dont go after 8pm. Horrible service and the food is even worse.
DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER IN THE DRIVE THROUGH.
They will tell you anything to get you to leave. Most of the time you’ll be missing items.
Food is cold and they cheat you out of food. Everything is very tiny and cold.

I ordered $62.00 of DoorDash (through the Taco Bell app), had requested sauces to accompany our order. When I received my order, it was cold and there were no sauces in the bag.
I called the restaurant as soon as I opened my order, and they told me it was a Door Dash problem, and not the restaurant’s. I explained to the store associate that the Door Dash driver didn’t pack the order and I was unwilling to give Door Dash (specifically the driver) a bad review because the restaurant didn’t pack the order correctly. The reiterated that the issue was Door Dash’s fault.
Beware – do not order from this location if you:
1. Expect your order to be correct; and
2. Expect your order to be decent.
This is the most unaccountable and unacceptable/unprofessional location I have ever ordered from.
