I’ll preface with usually the morning crew delivers perfectly fine service, correct order, decent wait time and all the extras that are supposed to be there are there. Dinner time is another story, nothing fast about it. Long drive through line, or extended waiting in curbside. Never, EVER include sauces with orders. Was honestly shocked we got all our food this time around. What really did it this time is I asked for no onions as I abhor them. Got a picture of the receipt attached to the wrapper saying no onions, and not only are they in the burger but scattered all over the outside as well. I might chalk it up to someone having an off day but this is the norm at this location, which unfortunately is the closest location to me. I’d suggest trying your luck at another store and save yourself the trouble.

After a day of moving into our new house in the area we decided to grab McDonald’s from here but were rudely awakened by the lack of customer service from the manager & employees. Drive thru worker was rude & must have fallen asleep, employees had wrong order at window & was getting everyone else out behind us while we waited for 20 minutes only for them to bring us an incomplete order. If you want great customer service drive to the McDonald’s on 102 N University, manager on Quaker should take some tips from this one on how to properly run an establishment.

Came in late Saturday morning around 11am. Breakfast was officially over. But they checked to see if they could accommodate my bacon egg and cheese biscuit request. The staff graciously checked and I got the biscuit and hash brown. Not only was it delicious, but I appreciated the staff’s friendless through the entire visit—checking on availability of breakfast, bringing to table, coming to pick up tray and trash, all while being professional, courteous, and friendly. The entire place was exceptionally clean, including the bathrooms. This is the best mcdonald’s location I’ve ever been too.

Stopped here at around 9:30. Got myself a smoothie that was good, and the family got some food. Food was pretty good but it took forever to get it. Nearly 10 minutes went by before any of our drinks or food were served to us. Other than that, nice restaurant. It was very clean!

Usually I have no issues but this morning I ordered 4 sausage egg mcmuffins a caramel frappe with 3x caramel, and a black coffee, the only things they got right were the mcmuffin aspect and black coffee. We got 4 HAM mcmuffins, and the frappe had 1x caramel, and once i got to the window the cashierwas rude when she tried to hand me the wrong order, I tried calling and they picked up the phone and promptly hung up, this morning crew definitely needs a staff meeting

My husband went to pick up our mobile order we put in through the app. They were very busy, and unfortunately the order he brought home was wrong. I called to see about just getting a refund, because I had just got out of the ER and didnt want my husband to have to go back. Ray helped us. He was so kind and helpful. It was the worst day for me, and he helped us have a better day at the end. He wasnt able to refund the card with out my husband going back, so he said if my husband went back he would refund our card and give us the correct order. He even let my husband call when he arrived to unlock the lobby and give it to him to avoid the lines in the drive thru. When my husband arrived he offered us new drinks and fries, but my husband said not to worry about it. Thank you Ray. You never know when a kind gesture will really save someone’s day.

No one is perfect this is a busy fast food chain but it’s your responsibility to serve these people everyone should get the same type of service it’s your job! But when you are asked to pulled to the side go to a stall and you’ve paid for your food and when your servant comes to deliver your food no one asked to see your receipt so they give you food you didn’t order and your food has been given to someone else after you’ve paid for it and been sitting there for 30 minutes, now got to get out your car again,, because this has happened before, go inside and get your money back from the manager while you’re waiting for that, you observe employees touching customers food sticking their hands from bag to bag, no gloves, touching registers, touching doors, with all types of germs…that sucks the manager sucks and the whole chain needs to have some Chick-fil-A training Chick-fil-A is higher but I will not be going to McDonald’s I will make my kids McDonald’s at home this type of service should be below a zero only because it happens over and over and over not just to me but several people, Employees and Managers not paying attention to details, cleanness or just don’t care, always asking you to round off monies for “Ronald Foundation” WHY? Your representation of service is unexceptable!

Horrible my bf who works nights just ordered through DoorDash the fries were obviously old as hell!! tasted nasty!! And his drink taste like mop water!! I thought he was making it up but I went to try it and ugh I was horrified!!! Will not be eating McDonald’s for A LONG TIME!!!!!

The guy at the window looked like he didn’t want to be there. Other workers cussing in the background and talking bad about customers while the window was open.
Had me pull forward for a drink. Then took 5 minutes to make a drink the wasn’t even completed. I basically got a cup of milk. Absolutely disgusting location. Do better!

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I constantly have to go inside this location from the drive thru to get my condiments but they are just getting worse. Thrown fries on the bag. Missing food. If this wasn’t the closest location to my home I wouldn’t get food and tell everyone to never go to this location again. I understand it’s a fast food spot but they get paid for a reason. Do your job
