One of the best restaurants we dined at on the Ave in Delray. From the food to the service, all was excellent! We enjoyed the shrimp and filet entrees. The filet was cooked perfectly! And the shrimp were truly jumbo!
The atmosphere is nice but the restrooms are located next to the open kitchen in a tight space. It was quite awkward waiting for one of the two restrooms to open as wait staff were trying to get plated meals to guests, but likely not much they can do to improve it.

Great experience here with large group of people. I wish the waiters name because he was excellent and I left him his weekly salary just with the tip (I’m him). I was maybe expecting a little more out of the wagyu but other than that great spot for meat.

We stopped by Cut 432 for happy hour, and it definitely lived up to its reputation. The vibe was lively but still comfortable — perfect for winding down with a drink after work.
We started with a glass of wine, which was poured generously and paired nicely with the small plates. The sliders were juicy and flavorful, cooked just right, and the mac and cheese was rich and creamy — classic comfort food with a touch of upscale flair. The highlight for me was the Oysters Rockefeller — fresh, perfectly baked, and full of flavor.
Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and everything came out promptly. Prices were fair for the quality and portion sizes, especially during happy hour.
Overall, it’s a great spot to relax with friends or coworkers — classy atmosphere, excellent bites, and solid drinks. I’d definitely come back for another round.

We had a great experience! Mike was our bartender and he was excellent — truly one of the best bartenders we’ve ever had. The drinks were always on point, and I absolutely loved the espresso martinis. The happy hour was amazing, not just for the food and drinks but also for the atmosphere. We had such a great time that we went two nights in a row. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Delray!

My family and I had an exceptional dining experience at Cut 432! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. Rob, the front door manager, greeted us warmly and made sure we were seated right on time for our reservation. Tomi, the hostess, was incredibly friendly and set the tone for the evening with her welcoming smile.
Our server, Alex, did a fantastic job, particularly in explaining the specials with great detail and enthusiasm. It’s clear that he knows the menu inside and out, which made our decision-making so much easier. Throughout the meal, Alex ensured we had everything we needed and provided excellent service.
A special shout-out to Bruce, the manager, who checked in on us to make sure everything was to our liking. It’s always refreshing when a manager takes the time to follow up and ensure the guests are enjoying their experience.
