It’s been a few years since I tried Taco Bell. I saw it and said let me give him a try today. Well I wish I never had. I did not enjoy the food at all and I got different types of tacos soft and hard. I was not happy with it.. not happy at all.

I just went through the drive thru tonight. I had a rough night and wanted to eat some yummy food. We got the wrong order but both my husband and I both worked in the food industry. It’s so easy to make a mistake and it can be fixed very quickly. There’s no reason for people to get overly upset about it. When I went back and let them know, the workers were very kind and I didn’t hear anyone yelling at anyone for making a mistake. They just moved forward and got us our order. I appreciate the kind people there and hope more people can understand that mistakes happen

I received two of the smallest 7$ burritos I’ve ever ordered, neither even had cheese and they maybe had 3 chips (flamin hot varient) between both of them combined. I Normally love taco bell, but this kind of quality isn’t acceptable to any degree.

Absolutely disgusting . Went in to get a bite of the Crunchwrap and bit into something hard . I looked in the Crunchwrap and it was a plastic lid . How do you even manage to do that ? Don’t get your food from here .

Got here at 11am for lunch. Dining area looked like they had a taco party all night long and left the mess for the morning crew to clean up. Tables were pushed out of place, food debris and crumbs under and on top of every table in the dining room. This location is a disaster. You can tell as a customer, the night crew doesn’t clean anything and leaves it for morning crew. The morning crew was trying to mop, take trash to dumpster and sweep dining room while a line formed at the from registers.
Food: literally inedible. The chicken was grey and gristle, the shell was burnt black and the food looks thrown together by a toddler. This place needs a major facelift that won’t be solved by lazy underpaid employees.

Went to Taco Bell today. They messed my order up. Ordered $9 box. Shorted my order 1 Taco. Called the store manager Ricky. He didn’t apologize and I had to ask how he would make it right. His response was like he didn’t really care. Food was terrible and my meal was made incorrect. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION. For the price I will not recommend this location. Taco Bell has gone down hill, what a shame.
