We didn’t have any food this visit, but the drinks during happy hour 2-6 pm were great. $13 fo two 16 oz beers and two wines is great! Not much room to sit inside unless you can find a seat at the bar, plenty outside walking through the sand to sit at a picnic table or chair on the edge. The view if the lake across the road is nice. Noise from the road, not so much. We’ll be back for those great drinks and try some food next time.

Jetty Fries are awesome! Service was great. Decent beer selection. Stopped here for lunch after a long weekend hike. Looks like a fun place to hang out for bingo, live music, corn hole!

Nice visual setup and great theme. We went for lunch on a weekday. It seemed like a local bar scene during the day. No one else was seated at tables, all other guests were seated around the bar. We sat at a table right next to the bar. We weren’t greeted when we came in, and nothing indicated we needed to order at the bar. It was about 10 minutes before the bartender acknowledged us at all, letting us know we had to go grab our menus and go back up to the bar to order. Not the greatest vibes. We enjoyed our food and beer.

Absolutely, love this place. If you’re anywhere within a 100 miles, you should drive that direction and stop by the people working that day were very friendly, it’s a very nice layout of a bar. Great drinks a friendly atmosphere

We went here for lunch. Did not expect great food but we were plesently surprised. We had the hot honey chicken sandwich, firecracker shrimp and the kids had the chicken tenders. Everything came out hot and well seasoned. The kids loved playing cornhole and cartwheeling in the sand.

Good bar area with smaller tables and a large outside area to hang out in. Great happy hour specials and live music in the evenings. Ymmv. Food is on the higher end of bar food with fun specials like fresh oysters last week.

This place is amazing for kids! My husband and I sat back and relaxed for once while the kids played in the sand. They have a basket of toys so we didn’t have to bring any which is awesome. The food was amazing too. We had the fish and chips. Definitely coming back and soon.

The Sand Bar was such a cute place to grab lunch. This was our first visit and it did not disappoint. The menu was limited as it is not a full restaurant but a food truck and bar. We ordered the chili (the days special) and fries, Buffalo Chicken flat bread and tornadoes. Everything was DELICIOUS and served nice and hot. We just had sodas so can’t speak to the drinks but everyone else seemed to be enjoying their beer selection.

If you are looking for a light lunch and drink or a place to watch the game… this place would hit the mark.

Nice location but the food and service is really terrible. We spotted this place while driving though and while it looks cool and has a fire pit and torches the service was terribly poor. We were there about 20 mins before we went to the bar to order. Waitress dropped off the food and never came back. The food was overpriced and terrible it was over cooked dried up fish and chips. Probably a good place for a beer and sit by the fire but give the food a miss!

Saw this place while scoping the area, thought it’d be good for a drink or two. HOLY BEACH SAND, BATMAN!! This place is great! Best service, cool vibes, cornhole and real beach sand to dig your toes into. Good menu that has something for everyone.
